Aquesta mesura permetr\u00e0 ampliar les opcions de sortida volunt\u00e0ria i facilitar una gesti\u00f3 menys traum\u00e0tica del proc\u00e9s, afavorint, a m\u00e9s, que es redueixin les possibles sortides for\u00e7oses.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019acord tamb\u00e9 preveu una millora lineal del 5 % en les condicions econ\u00f2miques, refor\u00e7ant les compensacions previstes inicialment per a les persones que s\u2019acullin a les mesures de sortida.
