{"id":144122,"date":"2023-09-20T16:53:55","date_gmt":"2023-09-20T14:53:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/transiciojusta\/guia\/ccoo-presenta-linforme-la-gestio-de-la-mobilitat-a-la-feina-a-barcelona\/"},"modified":"2023-09-22T11:28:34","modified_gmt":"2023-09-22T09:28:34","slug":"ccoo-presenta-linforme-la-gestio-de-la-mobilitat-a-la-feina-a-barcelona","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/transiciojusta\/noticies\/mobilitat-sostenible\/ccoo-presenta-linforme-la-gestio-de-la-mobilitat-a-la-feina-a-barcelona\/","title":{"rendered":"CCOO presenta l&#8217;informe \u00abLa gesti\u00f3 de la mobilitat a la feina a Barcelona\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La problem\u00e0tica de l\u2019acc\u00e9s al lloc de treball i de la mobilitat relacionada amb els centres generadors de mobilitat ha comen\u00e7at a formar part de les agendes de diverses administracions i, de manera particular, va ser amb l\u2019aprovaci\u00f3 de la Llei 9\/2003, de la mobilitat de Catalunya, que es va fer m\u00e9s evident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La mobilitat a la feina (anada i tornada), que \u00e9s el 30 % del total de la mobilitat en un dia feiner a Barcelona<\/strong> (despla\u00e7aments amb origen o destinaci\u00f3 Barcelona), <strong>representa gaireb\u00e9 el 60 % del consum d\u2019energia i de les emissions de gasos amb efecte d\u2019hivernacle (GEH) i contaminants locals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La contribuci\u00f3 elevada als impactes sobre el medi d\u2019aquesta mobilitat \u00e9s fruit del gran \u00fas del vehicle privat i del fet que les dist\u00e0ncies recorregudes per motius laborals solen ser m\u00e9s elevades que les fetes per la resta de motius. En aquest sentit, \u00e9s rellevant destacar com la mobilitat laboral pot contribuir a l\u2019accentuaci\u00f3 de les desigualtats socials entre la poblaci\u00f3. Com \u00e9s sabut, l\u2019acc\u00e9s al vehicle privat \u00e9s menor entre la poblaci\u00f3 de menys renda, les dones, la poblaci\u00f3 jove o les persones amb discapacitat. Aix\u00ed doncs, la manca de serveis de transport p\u00fablic adequats poden limitar l\u2019acc\u00e9s a determinades feines, contribuint a perpetuar situacions d\u2019exclusi\u00f3 i, fins i tot, a generar disfuncions en el mercat laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per tant, per garantir un acc\u00e9s al treball de manera inclusiva, cal disposar d\u2019un transport p\u00fablic i d\u2019unes xarxes de suport a la mobilitat activa de qualitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquest treball \u00e9s el resultat de l\u2019enc\u00e0rrec rebut per l\u2019Institut Metr\u00f2poli per part de Comissions Obreres de Catalunya, que, com a entitat integrant del pacte i amb el suport econ\u00f2mic de l\u2019Ajuntament de Barcelona, ha volgut posar a disposici\u00f3 les dades m\u00e9s recents de la mobilitat laboral a Barcelona, aix\u00ed com tamb\u00e9 propostes susceptibles de ser \u00e0mpliament compartides per refor\u00e7ar i dinamitzar el mateix pacte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L\u2019objectiu del treball \u00e9s elaborar un document marc que ajudi a situar la problem\u00e0tica de la mobilitat a la feina i als centres generadors de mobilitat a Barcelona, aix\u00ed com ajudar a dissenyar un full de ruta acordat entre els membres del Pacte per a la mobilitat laboral que reculli les principals l\u00ednies estrat\u00e8giques i les accions que s&#8217;han de desenvolupar en els anys vinents.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"section-g003307\" class=\"wp-block-gutentor-e2 section-g003307 gutentor-element gutentor-element-button\"><span class=\"gutentor-button-wrap\"><a class=\"gutentor-button gutentor-block-button gutentor-icon-hide\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/informe-la-gestio-de-la-mobilitat-a-la-feina-a-barcelona.pdf\"><i class=\"gutentor-button-icon fas fa-book\"><\/i><span>Llegiu l&#8217;informe \u00abLa gesti\u00f3 de la mobilitat a la feina a Barcelona\u00bb \u00bb<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La problem\u00e0tica de l\u2019acc\u00e9s al lloc de treball i de la mobilitat relacionada amb els centres generadors de mobilitat ha &#8230;
