{"id":141272,"date":"2022-06-10T09:31:22","date_gmt":"2022-06-10T07:31:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/transiciojusta\/guia\/ccoo-de-catalunya-ha-presentat-als-grups-politics-del-parlament-de-catalunya-el-projecte-ferroviari-catav-2023-de-creacio-de-la-xarxa-catalana-dalta-velocitat-dobli\/"},"modified":"2023-06-12T10:01:30","modified_gmt":"2023-06-12T08:01:30","slug":"ccoo-de-catalunya-ha-presentat-als-grups-politics-del-parlament-de-catalunya-el-projecte-ferroviari-catav-2023-de-creacio-de-la-xarxa-catalana-dalta-velocitat-dobli","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/transiciojusta\/noticies\/mobilitat-sostenible\/ccoo-de-catalunya-ha-presentat-als-grups-politics-del-parlament-de-catalunya-el-projecte-ferroviari-catav-2023-de-creacio-de-la-xarxa-catalana-dalta-velocitat-dobli\/","title":{"rendered":"CCOO de Catalunya ha presentat als grups pol\u00edtics del Parlament de Catalunya el projecte ferroviari \u201cCATAV 2023\u201d de creaci\u00f3 de la xarxa catalana d\u2019alta velocitat d\u2019obligaci\u00f3 de servei p\u00fablic, elaborat pel sindicat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El projecte donaria cobertura al 47,5 % de la poblaci\u00f3 total de Catalunya i preveu l\u00ednies, horaris, enlla\u00e7os, freq\u00fc\u00e8ncies i preus, i es podria posar en funcionament a principis del 2023, ja que optimitza l\u2019\u00fas de les infraestructures i trens que hi ha en la actualitat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la reuni\u00f3 celebrada al Parlament de Catalunya, hi ha participat Aurora Huerga, secret\u00e0ria de Noves Realitats del Treball, Territori i Migracions de CCOO Catalunya, que ha explicat que si realment volem contribuir a un desenvolupament sostenible en mat\u00e8ria de mobilitat a Catalunya, hem de proporcionar, al major volum de poblaci\u00f3 possible, una alternativa real a la utilitzaci\u00f3 del vehicle privat, tant pel que fa al nombre de freq\u00fc\u00e8ncies, com pel que fa al preu i al temps de viatge, en els despla\u00e7aments de mitjana dist\u00e0ncia que es produeixen di\u00e0riament en el nostre territori i que tenen com a principal origen o destinaci\u00f3 Barcelona i la seva \u00e0rea metropolitana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la mateixa reuni\u00f3 CCOO ha presentat tamb\u00e9 als grups parlamentaris el projecte \u201cRodalies de Lleida, un tren per a la classe treballadora\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aix\u00ed mateix ha assenyalat que, com que les inversions en les l\u00ednies ferrovi\u00e0ries d\u2019alta velocitat s\u2019han realitzat gaireb\u00e9 \u00edntegrament amb diners p\u00fablics, considerem que aquests serveis s\u2019han de posar a l\u2019abast del major nombre de poblaci\u00f3 possible, ja que s\u00f3n considerats d\u2019obligaci\u00f3 de servei p\u00fablic. El ferrocarril \u00e9s considerat un transport p\u00fablic sostenible segur i vertebrador del territori, tant pel que fa al nombre de serveis com en les tarifes i els preus estables, ha de garantir les necessitats de mobilitat obligada de la poblaci\u00f3, i es desenvolupa en unes infraestructures de titularitat p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alberto Puivecino, secretari de Sostenibilitat, Medi Ambient i Mobilitat de CCOO de Lleida, ha explicat detalladament el projecte i tots els aspectes t\u00e8cnics que s\u2019hi recullen sobre les dues l\u00ednies proposades i les freq\u00fc\u00e8ncies, horaris, enlla\u00e7os i preus.
