{"id":18612,"date":"2026-04-27T09:19:39","date_gmt":"2026-04-27T07:19:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/serveis\/?p=18612"},"modified":"2026-04-27T19:24:46","modified_gmt":"2026-04-27T17:24:46","slug":"conveni-distribuidors-majoristes-dalimentacio-la-patronal-contesta-no-a-tot","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/serveis\/noticies\/conveni-distribuidors-majoristes-dalimentacio-la-patronal-contesta-no-a-tot\/","title":{"rendered":"CONVENI DISTRIBU\u00cfDORS MAJORISTES D&#8217;ALIMENTACI\u00d3, LA PATRONAL CONTESTA NO A TOT"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dimecres passat 22 d&#8217;abril de 2026, va tenir lloc una nova reuni\u00f3 per a la negociaci\u00f3 del conveni de distribuci\u00f3 de majoristes d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 de Catalunya.<br>La patronal va contestar a les plataformes presentades pels sindicats, per\u00f2 la resposta ha estat pr\u00e0cticament<strong> NO a tot.<\/strong><br>La patronal ens proposa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cMillorar\u201d la compensaci\u00f3 i absorci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 no operi en salaris inferiors a 20.000 \u20ac (garantir que hi hagi increment real).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduir a 1.770 hores la jornada m\u00e0xima anual per a Girona, Tarragona i Lleida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garantir \u00fanicament 2 o 3 mesos de prestaci\u00f3 de serveis als contractes fixos discontinus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No accepten regular plusos en diumenges i festius.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unificar el preu de les hores extraordin\u00e0ries amb un increment del 30%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increment salarial del 2% per a cadascun dels anys.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possibilitat de negociar plus fred i plus responsabilitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No accepten millorar, per\u00f2 s\u00ed que retallar els complements a c\u00e0rrec de les empreses en situaci\u00f3 d&#8217;incapacitat temporal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No accepten regular la resta de plusos proposats per <strong>CCOO<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En mat\u00e8ria de permisos retribu\u00efts, no accepten cap nou, tret que ja estigui contemplat en l&#8217;Estatut dels Treballadors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No volen incorporar cap proposta en mat\u00e8ria de prevenci\u00f3 de riscos laborals ni de formaci\u00f3 per a les persones treballadores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A m\u00e9s de contestar a les nostres propostes, continuen plantejant les seves \u201cpropostes\u201d que retallen severament les condicions de treball i drets de les persones treballadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posteriorment, el debat se centra en el que la patronal denomina \u201cabsentisme\u201d, per\u00f2 en realitat el que ens plantegen \u00e9s retallar el complement en situaci\u00f3 de baixa.
