Aquesta signatura ratifica el principi d&#8217;acord assolit el passat 13 de mar\u00e7, donant per tancats i consensuats els redactats t\u00e8cnics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amb aquesta signatura es consoliden de forma definitiva aspectes estructurals que suposen un clar aven\u00e7 en les condicions de treball i en els drets de les persones treballadores del sector:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vig\u00e8ncia:<\/strong> Tres anys (2025-2027).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Increments Salarials<\/strong> (11% en total): 3% per a l&#8217;any 2025, 4% per a l&#8217;any 2026 i 4% per a l&#8217;any 2027.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cl\u00e0usula de revisi\u00f3 salarial:<\/strong> S&#8217;estableix una revisi\u00f3 si l&#8217;IPC de cada any supera l&#8217;increment pactat, amb un m\u00e0xim de l&#8217;1%, per garantir la protecci\u00f3 del poder adquisitiu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Limitaci\u00f3 de la Compensaci\u00f3 i Absorci\u00f3:<\/strong> S&#8217;ha aconseguit protegir els salaris mitjans i baixos perqu\u00e8 la pujada sigui real. La compensaci\u00f3 i absorci\u00f3 no operar\u00e0 en un 75% per a salaris inferiors a 27.000\u20ac. Tampoc operar\u00e0 en un 50% per a salaris entre 27.001\u20ac i 35.000\u20ac, ni en un 25% per a salaris de 35.001\u20ac a 40.000\u20ac.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reducci\u00f3 de Jornada i Temps Lliure:<\/strong> Reducci\u00f3 de 16 hores durant la vig\u00e8ncia del conveni (8 hores el 2026 i 8 hores el 2027), sumat a 1 dia d&#8217;assumptes propis a partir del 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A m\u00e9s de les mesures ja esmentades sobre l&#8217;increment salarial i la reducci\u00f3 del c\u00f2mput anual d&#8217;hores, el nou text del conveni incorpora altres millores i regulacions importants. Destaca la <strong>creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una Comissi\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica de Classificaci\u00f3 Professional<\/strong>, (amb l&#8217;eliminaci\u00f3 del nivell 2 del grup 7) i la introducci\u00f3 del dret a negociar un marge de <strong>flexibilitat<\/strong> hor\u00e0ria a l&#8217;inici i final de la jornada per afavorir la conciliaci\u00f3 de la vida laboral i familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En l&#8217;\u00e0mbit dels permisos retribu\u00efts, s&#8217;amplia la cobertura per a <strong>visites m\u00e8diques tant a la sanitat p\u00fablica com a la privada,<\/strong> i s&#8217;atorguen <strong>6 hores anuals addicionals<\/strong> per a fam\u00edlies nombroses, monoparentals o per acompanyar familiars de primer grau en processos de c\u00e0ncer, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;incloure els permisos per incid\u00e8ncies clim\u00e0tiques i donaci\u00f3 d&#8217;\u00f2rgans.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es recullen les mesures planificades per la igualtat de les persones LGTBI+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Propers passos i efectes immediats<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un cop feta la signatura formal d&#8217;avui, procedirem al seu registre oficial.
