{"id":18536,"date":"2026-03-13T15:00:36","date_gmt":"2026-03-13T13:00:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/serveis\/?p=18536"},"modified":"2026-03-13T15:58:05","modified_gmt":"2026-03-13T13:58:05","slug":"signat-un-principi-dacord-en-la-negociacio-del-conveni-doficines-i-despatxos-de-catalunya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/serveis\/noticies\/signat-un-principi-dacord-en-la-negociacio-del-conveni-doficines-i-despatxos-de-catalunya\/","title":{"rendered":"CCOO SIGNA UN PRINCIPI D&#8217;ACORD A OFICINES I DESPATXOS QUE GARANTEIX L&#8217;11% DE PUJADA SALARIAL I LA REDUCCI\u00d3 DE JORNADA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avui, 13 de mar\u00e7 de 2026, <strong>CCOO<\/strong>, UGT, Foment del Treball Nacional i PIMEC hem arribat a un principi d&#8217;acord en la negociaci\u00f3 del Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu d&#8217;Oficines i Despatxos de Catalunya, despr\u00e9s de 15 mesos d&#8217;intenses negociacions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si b\u00e9 a partir d&#8217;ara les parts hem de consensuar els redactats t\u00e8cnics que s&#8217;incorporaran al text del conveni, <strong>hem pogut tancar un acord definitiu en els aspectes clau<\/strong> que ens distanciaven, garantint aven\u00e7os reals per a les plantilles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respecte a aquestes q\u00fcestions centrals, hem acordat el seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vig\u00e8ncia:<\/strong> Tres anys (2025-2027).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Increments Salarials (11% en total):<\/strong> 3% per a l&#8217;any 2025, 4% per a l&#8217;any 2026 i 4% per a l&#8217;any 2027.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cl\u00e0usula de revisi\u00f3 salarial:<\/strong> S&#8217;establir\u00e0 una revisi\u00f3 si l&#8217;IPC de cada any supera l&#8217;increment pactat, amb un m\u00e0xim de l&#8217;1%, garantint la protecci\u00f3 del poder adquisitiu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Limitaci\u00f3 de la Compensaci\u00f3 i Absorci\u00f3:<\/strong> Hem aconseguit protegir els salaris mitjans i baixos perqu\u00e8 la pujada sigui real. La compensaci\u00f3 i absorci\u00f3 <strong>no operar\u00e0<\/strong> en els seg\u00fcents trams:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En un <strong>75%<\/strong> per a salaris inferiors a 27.000\u20ac.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un <strong>50%<\/strong> per a salaris entre 27.001\u20ac i 35.000\u20ac.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un <strong>25%<\/strong> per a salaris de 35.001\u20ac a 40.000\u20ac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reducci\u00f3 de Jornada i Temps Lliure:<\/strong> Reducci\u00f3 de <strong>16 hores<\/strong> durant la vig\u00e8ncia del conveni (8 hores el 2026 i 8 hores el 2027), sumat a <strong>1 dia d&#8217;assumptes propis<\/strong> a partir del 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Valoraci\u00f3 de CCOO<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CCOO, com a sindicat majoritari al sector, valora molt positivament aquest acord. Ha estat un proc\u00e9s de negociaci\u00f3 massa llarg \u2014susp\u00e8s temporalment per q\u00fcestions de representativitat empresarial\u2014, per\u00f2 el resultat final modifica mat\u00e8ries estructurals i suposa un clar aven\u00e7 en les condicions de treball i en els drets de les persones treballadores del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Propers passos<\/strong>\u00a0Despr\u00e9s de la redacci\u00f3 final dels textos, procedirem en el termini m\u00e9s breu possible a la explicaci\u00f3 del contingut sencer, signatura formal del conveni i al seu registre.
