{"id":18486,"date":"2026-03-07T14:24:41","date_gmt":"2026-03-07T12:24:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/serveis\/?p=18486"},"modified":"2026-03-09T09:41:03","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T07:41:03","slug":"conveni-de-comerc-de-lleida-sense-avencos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/serveis\/noticies\/conveni-de-comerc-de-lleida-sense-avencos\/","title":{"rendered":"Conveni de Comer\u00e7 de Lleida, sense aven\u00e7os"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dilluns passat 2 de mar\u00e7, va tenir lloc una nova reuni\u00f3 del conveni col\u00b7lectiu de comer\u00e7 de Lleida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CCOO no vam tenir resposta, per part de la patronal, a pr\u00e0cticament cap dels punts continguts en la plataforma presentada pel sindicat, malgrat tractar-se de la segona reuni\u00f3 celebrada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D&#8217;altra banda, at\u00e8s que la patronal insisteix reiteradament en la problem\u00e0tica de l&#8217;absentisme laboral en les empreses del sector, CCOO va sol\u00b7licitar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Que ens diguin qu\u00e8 ent\u00e9n la patronal per \u201cabsentisme laboral\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Que, d&#8217;acord amb l&#8217;article 64 del Text Ref\u00f3s de l&#8217;Estatut dels Treballadors, l&#8217;empresa ha d&#8217;informar la representaci\u00f3 legal de les persones treballadores dels \u00edndexs d&#8217;absentisme i de les seves causes, i que per tant, posin a la nostra disposici\u00f3 dades i xifres reals per a poder analitzar la situaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CCOO pensem que millorar el conveni pot reduir l&#8217;absentisme i recordem que la plataforma ja inclou mesures orientades a millorar les condicions de treball com:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 dels riscos psicosocials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#8217;acc\u00e9s a la jubilaci\u00f3 parcial com a dret.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El refor\u00e7 de la formaci\u00f3 a c\u00e0rrec de l&#8217;empresa per a millorar el clima laboral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La millora general de les condicions de treball.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En relaci\u00f3 a la proposta patronal de reduir el complement a c\u00e0rrec de les empreses en situaci\u00f3 d&#8217;Incapacitat Temporal a partir de la segona baixa l&#8217;any natural, CCOO va manifestar expressament que no acceptar\u00e0 aquesta proposta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pel que fa a l&#8217;increment salarial, CCOO considera fonamental la incorporaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una cl\u00e0usula de revisi\u00f3 salarial, que la patronal no contempla per a cadascun dels anys. A m\u00e9s entenem que, en cas que l&#8217;IPC experimenti un increment per sobre de l&#8217;increment salarial, els salaris han de poder ser revisats \u200b\u200bi actualitzats per a garantir el manteniment del poder adquisitiu. Respecte a la jornada, la proposta de la patronal de reducci\u00f3 de jornada de quatre hores durant tota la vig\u00e8ncia del conveni es considera insuficient per part de CCOO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CCOO considera necessari millorar els permisos retribu\u00efts i incorporar les noves mesures legals vigents per a millorar la conciliaci\u00f3 de la vida laboral i familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quant a la proposta patronal d&#8217;incrementar en tres dies l&#8217;acumulaci\u00f3 del perm\u00eds de lact\u00e0ncia, CCOO, considera convenient establir una f\u00f3rmula clara de c\u00e0lcul, similar a la prevista en el Conveni del Metall de Barcelona, \u200b\u200bque permeti determinar de manera objectiva els dies exactes que corresponen segons cada jornada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esperem que en les pr\u00f2ximes reunions puguem entrar al debat de les propostes i que tinguem un conveni col\u00b7lectiu que realment millori els drets i condicions de treball de les persones treballadores del sector.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Continuarem informant!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div data-wp-interactive=\"core\/file\" class=\"wp-block-file\"><object data-wp-bind--hidden=\"!state.hasPdfPreview\" hidden class=\"wp-block-file__embed\" data=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/serveis\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/220\/2026\/03\/nota_comerc_lleida_06032026.pdf\" type=\"application\/pdf\" style=\"width:100%;height:600px\" aria-label=\"Incrustaci\u00f3 del fitxer nota_COMER\u00c7_LLEIDA_06032026.\"><\/object><a id=\"wp-block-file--media-32de81ed-b6b7-45d7-83bd-6d144d3e4058\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/serveis\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/220\/2026\/03\/nota_comerc_lleida_06032026.pdf\">nota_COMER\u00c7_LLEIDA_06032026<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/serveis\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/220\/2026\/03\/nota_comerc_lleida_06032026.pdf\" class=\"wp-block-file__button wp-element-button\" download aria-describedby=\"wp-block-file--media-32de81ed-b6b7-45d7-83bd-6d144d3e4058\">Baixa<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dilluns passat 2 de mar\u00e7, va tenir lloc una nova reuni\u00f3 del conveni col\u00b7lectiu de comer\u00e7 de Lleida.
