En la darrera reuni\u00f3, hem realitzat moviments clau que han obligat la patronal a millorar la seva oferta. L&#8217;escenari ha canviat: la negociaci\u00f3 \u00e9s viva i les nostres propostes comencen a marcar el cam\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Desbloqueig en IT: Fermesa i Responsabilitat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per avan\u00e7ar, hem redefinit la nostra postura en mat\u00e8ria d&#8217;Incapacitat Temporal (IT). Tot i que inicialment vam valorar opcions per acostar postures, retirem definitivament de la taula l&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 del l\u00edmit temporal als complements d&#8217;IT. No obstant aix\u00f2, per tal de facilitar l&#8217;acord i desbloquejar la situaci\u00f3, acceptem la introducci\u00f3 d&#8217;una car\u00e8ncia de 180 dies, una mesura d&#8217;ajust que assumim amb responsabilitat per poder centrar-nos en les millores salarials i de jornada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Salaris: La patronal arriba al 10%, CCOO exigeix l&#8217;11%<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pressi\u00f3 ha tingut efecte. Foment-Pimec ha hagut de moure fitxa i ha elevat la seva oferta d&#8217;increment salarial fins al 10% per a la vig\u00e8ncia del conveni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9s un aven\u00e7 significatiu respecte al seu immobilisme inicial, per\u00f2 per a <strong>CCOO<\/strong> encara no \u00e9s suficient. Estem molt a prop, per\u00f2 continuem exigint un 11% global per garantir una recuperaci\u00f3 real del poder adquisitiu de les plantilles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Jornada i Conciliaci\u00f3: El temps efectiu importa,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En mat\u00e8ria de jornada, la patronal ofereix una reducci\u00f3 de 12 hores anuals. <strong>CCOO<\/strong> ha ajustat la seva petici\u00f3 a 18 hores de reducci\u00f3, una xifra realista que ens separa per molt poc de l&#8217;acord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tanmateix, la conciliaci\u00f3 real requereix lletra petita:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Despla\u00e7aments m\u00e8dics:<\/strong> Defensem que el temps de despla\u00e7ament per a visites m\u00e8diques es consideri <strong>temps de treball efectiu<\/strong> i no es descompti de la bossa d&#8217;hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Permisos (CUME i altres):<\/strong> Valorem l&#8217;ampliaci\u00f3 en 6 hores per a processos oncol\u00f2gics i fam\u00edlies (monoparentals\/nombroses), per\u00f2 volem que aquesta cobertura s&#8217;estengui a <strong>totes les malalties greus<\/strong> recollides al llistat CUME.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">COMUNICAT PDF (cat\/cast)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div data-wp-interactive=\"core\/file\" class=\"wp-block-file\"><object data-wp-bind--hidden=\"!state.hasPdfPreview\" hidden class=\"wp-block-file__embed\" data=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/serveis\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/220\/2026\/01\/nota_oodd_19_01_2026.pdf\" type=\"application\/pdf\" style=\"width:100%;height:600px\" aria-label=\"Incrustaci\u00f3 del fitxer nota_OODD_19_01_2026.\"><\/object><a id=\"wp-block-file--media-d4633708-81a0-4d3a-9e7c-090a30981616\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/serveis\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/220\/2026\/01\/nota_oodd_19_01_2026.pdf\">nota_OODD_19_01_2026<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/serveis\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/220\/2026\/01\/nota_oodd_19_01_2026.pdf\" class=\"wp-block-file__button wp-element-button\" download aria-describedby=\"wp-block-file--media-d4633708-81a0-4d3a-9e7c-090a30981616\">Baixa<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Despr\u00e9s de la situaci\u00f3 de bloqueig constatada en els darrers mesos, CCOO ha decidit actuar amb responsabilitat estrat\u00e8gica per reactivar el Conveni.
