A aix&ograve; cal afegir-li un 0,75% de<br \/>\nfons addicionals garantits per al conjunt dels tres anys.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Para CCOO,<br \/>\naquesta partida de fons addicionals es podria destinar,&nbsp;entre altres, a<br \/>\neliminar la bretxa salarial entre dones i homes i&nbsp;apujar&nbsp;els salaris m&eacute;s<br \/>\nbaixos. En qualsevol cas, ser&agrave; objecte de negociaci&oacute; col&middot;lectiva.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">En 2018, la<br \/>\npujada ser&agrave; d&#8217;un 1,75%, m&eacute;s un 0,20% de fons addicionals. En 2019 un<br \/>\n2,25%, m&eacute;s un 0,25% variable en funci&oacute; del PIB, m&eacute;s un 0,25% de fons<br \/>\naddicionals. Per 2020, un 2%, m&eacute;s un variable&nbsp;de l&#8217;1%&nbsp;en funci&oacute; del PIB,<br \/>\nm&eacute;s un 0,3% de fons addicionals. Si es compleix l&#8217;objectiu de d&egrave;ficit<br \/>\nel 2020, hi haur&agrave; una prima final del 0,55%.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: #666666;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-size: large; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: red;\">Condicions de treball<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Quant a<br \/>\ncondicions laborals, l&#8217;acord suposa la devoluci&oacute; de la capacitat de<br \/>\nnegociaci&oacute; de les 35 hores a les administracions que les tinguessin i<br \/>\nque compleixin els objectius en mat&egrave;ria d&#8217;estabilitat pressupost&agrave;ria i<br \/>\nsostenibilitat financera de d&egrave;ficit p&uacute;blic, deute p&uacute;blic i regla de<br \/>\ndespesa.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Aix&iacute; mateix<br \/>\ns&#8217;ha acordat, entre altres mesures, la devoluci&oacute; del 100% del salari en<br \/>\ncasos de baixa per incapacitat temporal, el foment dels plans<br \/>\nd&#8217;igualtat i mesures de&nbsp;corresponsabilitat&nbsp;en totes les administracions p&uacute;bliques, l&#8217;impuls de la formaci&oacute; o l&#8217;an&agrave;lisi sobre la jubilaci&oacute;<br \/>\nparcial d&#8217;alguns col&middot;lectius.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: #666666;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-size: large; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: red;\">Ocupaci&oacute;<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>OFERTA D&#8217;OCUPACI&Oacute; P&Uacute;BLICA ORDIN&Agrave;RIA<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Quant a<br \/>\nocupaci&oacute;, s&#8217;ha pactat per al 2018 la taxa de reposici&oacute; del 100% per a totes<br \/>\nles administracions p&uacute;bliques que hagin complert els objectius<br \/>\nd&#8217;estabilitat pressupost&agrave;ria i la regla de despesa. Aquesta taxa es<br \/>\npodr&agrave; elevar al 108% en els casos d&#8217;aquells sectors o &agrave;mbits que<br \/>\nrequereixin un esfor&ccedil; addicional d&#8217;efectius. A les administracions<br \/>\nlocals, el 108% podr&agrave; elevar-se si manquen de deute viu o si per<br \/>\nincrement de poblaci&oacute; en els&nbsp;pr&ograve;xims anys&nbsp;han de prestar nous serveis.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Les administracions p&uacute;bliques que no hagin complert l&#8217;objectiu de d&egrave;ficit,<br \/>\ndeute o regla de despesa, tindran una taxa de reposici&oacute; del 100% en<br \/>\nsectors prioritaris (sanitat, educaci&oacute;, just&iacute;cia i serveis socials,<br \/>\nprincipalment) i del 75% en la resta. Podran incorporar un 5% de la seva<br \/>\ntaxa en sectors o &agrave;mbits que requereixin un refor&ccedil; addicional.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Aix&iacute; mateix s&#8217;ha aprovat&nbsp;una taxa&nbsp;del 115% per a forces i cossos de seguretat de l&#8217;Estat, policies auton&ograve;miques i locals.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>OFERTA D&#8217;OCUPACI&Oacute; P&Uacute;BLICA EXCEPCIONAL &#8211; PROC&Eacute;S D&#8217;ESTABILITZACI&Oacute;<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\nEstabilitzaci&oacute;<br \/>\nde totes les places del sector p&uacute;blic ocupades de forma temporal i<br \/>\nininterrompuda en els tres anys anteriors el 31 de desembre del 2017, per<br \/>\nreduir la temporalitat per sota del 8% en tres anys.
