{"id":1850,"date":"2011-12-19T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2011-12-18T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/sanitat9\/noticies\/les-noves-retallades-que-pensa-fer-el-govern-de-la-generalitat\/"},"modified":"2011-12-19T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2011-12-18T22:00:00","slug":"les-noves-retallades-que-pensa-fer-el-govern-de-la-generalitat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/sanitat\/noticies\/les-noves-retallades-que-pensa-fer-el-govern-de-la-generalitat\/","title":{"rendered":"Les noves retallades que pensa fer el Govern de la Generalitat."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Com afectaran les mesures del Govern el personal de l&#8217;ICS<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Finalitzada la negociaci&oacute; en la Mesa General dels Empleats P&uacute;blics de l&#8217;Administraci&oacute; de la Generalitat de Catalunya sense acord, l&#8217;Administraci&oacute; va manifestar que posaria en marxa les&nbsp;mesures seg&uuml;ents:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1- Mesures temporals a aplicar l&#8217;any 2012 (no hi ha garanties que no es perllonguin en funci&oacute; de la situaci&oacute; econ&ograve;mica): <\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">&bull; Reducci&oacute; del complement espec&iacute;fic en les pagues extraordin&agrave;ries.<\/span> La Generalitat no va determinar la reducci&oacute; que aplicar&agrave; a cada col&middot;lectiu. <br \/>\n&bull; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Fons d&#8217;Acci&oacute; Social<\/span>. No hi haur&agrave; FAS per al personal estatutari. <br \/>\n&bull;<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> DPO<\/span>. La DPO es reduir&agrave; en un 50%. <br \/>\n&bull; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pla de pensions.<\/span> No hi haur&agrave; aportaci&oacute; al pla de pensions. <br \/>\n&bull; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Convocat&ograve;ries<\/span>. No es faran convocat&ograve;ries. <br \/>\n&bull; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Exced&egrave;ncia volunt&agrave;ria<\/span>. Establiment d&rsquo;una exced&egrave;ncia volunt&agrave;ria d&#8217;1 a 3 anys amb reserva de lloc de treball i c&ograve;mput de triennis.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2- Mesures estructurals: <br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong>&bull; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Incapacitat temporal<\/span>. En la IT per conting&egrave;ncies comunes (malaltia comuna i accident no laboral), nom&eacute;s es cobrar&agrave; el 100% de les retribucions durant els 3 primers mesos de baixa; despr&eacute;s nom&eacute;s es cobrar&agrave; la prestaci&oacute; de la Seguretat Social, que &eacute;s un 75% de la base de cotitzaci&oacute;. <br \/>\n&bull;<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> Reducci&oacute; de jornada per cura de fill<\/span>. Durant el primer any no es pagar&agrave; el 100% del sou; fins als 6 anys es podr&agrave; reduir la jornada un ter&ccedil; amb el 80% de retribucions o la meitat amb el 60% de retribucions. S&#8217;amplia la possibilitat de <br \/>\nreduir la jornada fins als 12 anys amb reducci&oacute; proporcional de les retribucions. <br \/>\n&bull; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Lliurances anuals<\/span>. Es redueixen a 6 dies de lleure per any. <br \/>\n&bull; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dies addicionals de vacances per antiguitat<\/span>. Se suprimeixen. <br \/>\n&bull; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Carrera professional<\/span>. Es percebran els nivells ja reconeguts amb el seu import actual i es demorar&agrave; l&rsquo;abonament dels nous reconeixements del 2012 a l&rsquo;any 2013. <br \/>\n&bull; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Personal de contingent i zona<\/span>.
