{"id":17902,"date":"2026-07-04T14:42:23","date_gmt":"2026-07-04T12:42:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/sanitat\/noticies\/ccoo-signa-un-acord-parcial-que-garanteix-un-increment-salarial-acumulat-del-403-el-2026-a-la-sanitat-privada-de-catalunya\/"},"modified":"2026-07-04T14:42:23","modified_gmt":"2026-07-04T12:42:23","slug":"ccoo-signa-un-acord-parcial-que-garanteix-un-increment-salarial-acumulat-del-403-el-2026-a-la-sanitat-privada-de-catalunya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/sanitat\/noticies\/ccoo-signa-un-acord-parcial-que-garanteix-un-increment-salarial-acumulat-del-403-el-2026-a-la-sanitat-privada-de-catalunya\/","title":{"rendered":"CCOO signa un acord parcial que garanteix un increment salarial acumulat del 4,03% el 2026 a la sanitat privada de Catalunya"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Federaci\u00f3 de Sanitat de CCOO de Catalunya ha signat un acord parcial per a l&#8217;any 2026 en el marc de la negociaci\u00f3 del XIII\u00e8 Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu de Treball d&#8217;Establiments Sanitaris d&#8217;Hospitalitzaci\u00f3, Assist\u00e8ncia, Consulta i Laboratoris d&#8217; An\u00e0lisis Cl\u00edniques de Catalunya (conveni sanitat privada).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;;acord garanteix un increment salarial del 3% amb efectes des de 31 de gener de 2026, el pagament dels endarreriments en la n\u00f2mina del mes de juliol i un increment addicional de l&#8217;1% el 31 de desembre, fet que suposa un increment acumulat del 4,03% respecte de les taules salarials de 2025.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La decisi\u00f3 ha estat adoptada despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un ampli proc\u00e9s de consulta amb les delegades,delegats i de l&#8217; afiliaci\u00f3 de CCOO, que majorit\u00e0riament han avalat la signatura de l&#8217; acord davant el risc de perdre la retroactivitat dels increments salarials i el cobrament dels endarreriments, com va succeir en negociacions anteriors. CCOO considera que aquest acord representa una millora econ\u00f2mica immediata per a les persones treballadores del sector, tot i que no incorpora totes les reivindicacions del sindicat, especialment l&#8217;eliminaci\u00f3 dels mecanismes d&#8217;absorci\u00f3 i compensaci\u00f3.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La signatura d&#8217;aquest acord parcial no tanca la negociaci\u00f3 del XIII\u00e8 Conveni.<br>CCOO continuar\u00e0 treballant per assolir noves millores en mat\u00e8ria de salaris, classificaci\u00f3 professional, jornada, conciliaci\u00f3 i drets laborals. CCOO continuar\u00e0 treballant en mat\u00e8ria de salaris, classificacions professionals i drets laborals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Garantir els salaris, els endarreriments i el poder adquisitiu de les persones<br>treballadores era avui la nostra responsabilitat.
