{"id":31086,"date":"2026-02-25T13:10:19","date_gmt":"2026-02-25T11:10:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/presons\/?p=31086"},"modified":"2026-02-25T14:07:37","modified_gmt":"2026-02-25T12:07:37","slug":"increment-retributiu-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/presons\/increment-retributiu-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"INCREMENT RETRIBUTIU 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>APLICADA UNA PUJADA SALARIAL DEL 4% CORRESPONENT ALS ANYS 2025 I 2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>En la n\u00f2mina del mes de gener es va cobrar la pujada del 2,5%, retroactiva a 1 de gener de 2025, al costat dels endarreriments corresponents.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>En la n\u00f2mina d&#8217;aquest mes de febrer s&#8217;ha incl\u00f2s la pujada del 1,5% corresponent a l&#8217;any 2026, al costat de l&#8217;endarreriment del mes de gener passat.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>En conjunt \u00e9s una pujada del 4% (uns 100\u20ac nets depenent del tipus de l&#8217;IRPF per a un sou d&#8217;uns 2500\u20ac) pactada en l&#8217;acord 2025-2028<\/strong> signat al desembre passat per <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>CCOO<\/strong><\/span> i els altres sindicats representatius a nivell de les administracions p\u00fabliques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Els seg\u00fcents augments previstos en l&#8217;acord s\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Un 0,5%, que es pagar\u00e0 l&#8217;any que ve, per\u00f2 amb efecte retroactiu a 1 de gener d&#8217;aquest any 2025, si la inflaci\u00f3 de 2026 supera el 1,5%,<\/strong> que amb molta seguretat ser\u00e0 aix\u00ed. Aix\u00f2 implicaria que la pujada real per a 2026 seria d&#8217;un 2%<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un 4,5% d&#8217;augment en 2027.<\/strong>\u00a0Per a un sou de 2500\u20ac, seria un augment d&#8217;entre uns 100 i 125\u20ac nets.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un 2% en 2028, \u00faltim any de vig\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;acord<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;increment salarial per al per\u00edode 2025-2028, \u00e9s del 11,4%, i suposa recuperaci\u00f3 del poder adquisitiu<\/strong> durant el per\u00edode, ja que la previsi\u00f3 de pujada de l&#8217;IPC segons l&#8217;Autoritat Independent de Responsabilitat Fiscal (AIReF), \u00e9s del 8,5%, per la qual cosa <strong>el 11,4% suposa un 2,9% m\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ff0000;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/fsc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/163\/2025\/12\/info-area-publica_acord-marc_millora-ocupacio-publica-1.pdf\">L&#8217;acord tamb\u00e9 preveu una s\u00e8rie de mesures addicionals en mat\u00e8ria de processos selectius, promoci\u00f3 interna, ocupaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica, igualtat, salut laboral etc. <em>(fes clic)<\/em><\/a>.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Aquest acord i les pujades i millores addicionals<\/strong> (pujada del 9,8% de l&#8217;acord 2022-2024, pujades del 13% del complement espec\u00edfic, igualaci\u00f3 salarial de treballadors socials i educadors, etc., de l&#8217;acord de condicions laborals 2024-2027, mesures de seguretat del mateix acord, integraci\u00f3 del PRP en l&#8217;espec\u00edfic, reconeixement com a agents d&#8217;autoritat, i del molt important principi d&#8217;indemnitat, etc., etc.) <strong>mostren que hi ha dos tipus de sindicalisme a realitzar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Un sindicalisme en positiu, com el de <\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>CCOO<\/strong><\/span><strong>, que busca de manera progressiva i segura aconseguir millores per als treballadors i treballadores<\/strong>. <strong><u>Que reivindica, es mulla, dona la cara i es responsabilitza<\/u><\/strong>, plasmant aquest treball en acords amb les administracions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un sindicalisme i acci\u00f3 associativa en negatiu, d&#8217;acord amb el principi que el fi justifica els mitjans, i on es busca el quant pitjor, millor<\/strong>.
