{"id":15081,"date":"2026-05-06T10:53:19","date_gmt":"2026-05-06T08:53:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/lleida\/?p=15081"},"modified":"2026-05-08T10:53:29","modified_gmt":"2026-05-08T08:53:29","slug":"nou-conveni-especial-per-al-comput-de-les-practiques-formatives","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/lleida\/noticies\/nou-conveni-especial-per-al-comput-de-les-practiques-formatives\/","title":{"rendered":"Conveni especial per al c\u00f2mput de les pr\u00e0ctiques formatives"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apunt laboral titulat <strong>\u201cNou conveni especial per al c\u00f2mput de les pr\u00e0ctiques formatives\u201d <\/strong>publicat a la revista de CCOO de Lleida <em>lo Sindicat<\/em> n\u00fam. 198 (maig de 2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nou conveni especial per al c\u00f2mput de les pr\u00e0ctiques formatives<\/strong><a href=\"#_edn1\" id=\"_ednref1\"><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A partir de l\u20191 de gener del 2024 les pr\u00e0ctiques formatives fetes en empreses, o institucions estaran incloses en el r\u00e8gim de la Seguretat Social per a aquells estudiants que les facin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les persones que es poden subscriure a aquest nou conveni especial amb la Tresoreria de la Seguretat Social s\u00f3n els alumnes universitaris i els alumnes de formaci\u00f3 professional de cicles formatius, i no cal que les pr\u00e0ctiques que facin siguin remunerades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els estudiants que hagin fet pr\u00e0ctiques abans d\u2019aquesta data i vulguin veure reconegut aquest per\u00edode a l\u2019efecte de cotitzaci\u00f3, caldr\u00e0 que formalitzin el conveni especial. En el cas de pr\u00e0ctiques no remunerades l\u2019han d\u2019haver formalitzat abans de l\u20191 de gener del 2024. Si les pr\u00e0ctiques s\u00f3n remunerades s\u2019hauran d\u2019haver fet d\u2019abans de l\u20191 de novembre del 2011 i han de ser d\u2019un m\u00e0xim de 5 anys. A m\u00e9s, cal estar en possessi\u00f3 del certificat que acrediti que s\u2019han fet les pr\u00e0ctiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hi ha un termini de fins a dos anys per comunicar la realitzaci\u00f3 de les pr\u00e0ctiques i la Tresoreria t\u00e9 un termini m\u00e0xim de fins a sis mesos per contestar, si no ho fa, es pot estimar com a silenci administratiu. Aleshores, cal verificar si surten a l\u2019informe de la vida laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fer aquest conveni especial \u00e9s imprescindible, ja que aquest per\u00edode m\u00e0xim de cinc anys de pr\u00e0ctiques ser\u00e0 \u00fatil per al c\u00e0lcul de la futura pensi\u00f3 de jubilaci\u00f3. \u00c9s important que es compti aquest temps per poder arribar al 100 % de la pensi\u00f3 o, fins i tot, a tenir-hi dret si ajuda a arribar als quinze anys m\u00ednim com a requisit, per regla general, per tenir una pensi\u00f3 de jubilaci\u00f3.
