CCOO d\u2019Ind\u00fastria de Catalunya, que t\u00e9 el 95 % de la representaci\u00f3 del sector, valora positivament l\u2019acord signat, amb el qual es garanteix el poder adquisitiu de les persones que treballen al sector, aix\u00ed com la millora de la conciliaci\u00f3 de la vida laboral i la personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amb la signatura d\u2019aquest conveni es consolida una tercera paga extraordin\u00e0ria per a tots els treballadors i treballadores. Per als anys 2021 i 2022, aquesta paga ser\u00e0 de 1.750 \u20ac en forma d\u2019increment lineal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En mat\u00e8ria econ\u00f2mica s\u2019ha pactat un increment salarial d\u2019un 3 % per als anys 2023, 2024 i 2025, que s\u2019aplicar\u00e0 sobre tots els conceptes salarials, inclosa la paga extraordin\u00e0ria de conveni.
