CCOO d\u2019Ind\u00fastria fa una valoraci\u00f3 positiva del text signat, ja que incorpora les principals reivindicacions plantejades per la part social i garanteix el poder adquisitiu de les persones que treballen al sector.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el cap\u00edtol econ\u00f2mic, el conveni estableix un increment salarial d\u2019un 1 % per a l\u2019any 2021, amb efectes retroactius a 1 de gener de 2021, i d\u2019un 2 % per a l\u2019any 2022, amb efectes a 1 de gener.
