{"id":19983,"date":"2026-07-03T09:53:58","date_gmt":"2026-07-03T07:53:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/industria\/?p=19983"},"modified":"2026-07-03T10:01:40","modified_gmt":"2026-07-03T08:01:40","slug":"comunicat-10-conveni-del-metall-de-girona-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/industria\/convenis\/comunicat-10-conveni-del-metall-de-girona-2\/","title":{"rendered":"COMUNICAT 10.Conveni del metall de Girona"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reuni\u00f3 de les propostes econ\u00f2miques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El dia 1 de juliol vam mantenir una nova reuni\u00f3 de negociaci\u00f3, en la qual vam tractar sobre les propostes realitzades en mat\u00e8ria laboral i altres de les propostes de la part social que creiem que per la seva import\u00e0ncia poden significar la possibilitat d\u2019arribar a un acord o al trencament de les negociacions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les organitzacions sindicals vam fer una proposta unit\u00e0ria en bloc de l\u2019\u00e0mbit econ\u00f2mic i d\u2019altres de vital import\u00e0ncia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vig\u00e8ncia: 3 anys.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Increments salarials: 4 % el 2026, 3,8 % el 2027 i 3,6 % el 2028.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La no-aplicaci\u00f3 en cap cas i any de l\u2019absorci\u00f3 i compensaci\u00f3 dels increments.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cl\u00e0usula de revisi\u00f3 salarial plena, anual i amb car\u00e0cter retroactiu.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Complementaci\u00f3 de les baixes per accident laboral o malaltia professional al 100 % de tot el salari, sense condicions i de manera progressiva a la vig\u00e8ncia del conveni.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Subrogaci\u00f3 complerta a tots els sectors, tant per licitaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica com privada i incorporaci\u00f3 del sectors exclosos en el conveni vigent (manteniment de gas, n\u00e0utiques, enllumenat viari, etc.).<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Increment del preu de la nocturnitat per sobre del 25 % actual.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Redacci\u00f3 clara i quantificaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica de les gu\u00e0rdies i refor\u00e7 de les gu\u00e0rdies.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reducci\u00f3 de la jornada durant la vig\u00e8ncia del conveni comparable a la dels convenis del sector metal\u00b7l\u00fargic de les altres prov\u00edncies.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CCOO d\u2019Ind\u00fastria entenem que amb les propostes realitzades aconseguir\u00edem revertir la situaci\u00f3 del conveni vigent i es compensaria en una part la p\u00e8rdua del poder adquisitiu que es va produir. A m\u00e9s d\u2019aquestes propostes, s\u2019han de mantenir les ja realitzades en d\u2019altres \u00e0mbits (pol\u00edtica d\u2019igualtat, mobilitat sostenible, vivenda, joventut, drets sindicals, ecologia, migracions, permisos o actualitzaci\u00f3 normativa legal).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per tant, en la pr\u00f2xima reuni\u00f3 haur\u00edem de tenir resposta a les nostres propostes, si la pretensi\u00f3 de les patronals \u00e9s arribar a un preacord.
