Conveni estatal de perfumeria i afins"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Benvolguts companys i companyes,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la reuni\u00f3 celebrada avui, 25 de juny de 2026, de la Comissi\u00f3 Negociadora del Conveni col\u00b7lectiu de perfumeria i afins, CCOO d&#8217;Ind\u00fastria i UGT-FICA hem abordat amb la patronal STANPA el cap\u00edtol de diversitat, centrant el debat en la incorporaci\u00f3 al text del conjunt de mesures per a la igualtat i no discriminaci\u00f3 contra les persones LGTBI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La part social valorem positivament que s&#8217;hagi dedicat una sessi\u00f3 monogr\u00e0fica a aquesta mat\u00e8ria, que sigui transversal, per\u00f2 advertim que la negociaci\u00f3 no es pot quedar en f\u00f3rmules gen\u00e8riques: el conveni ha de fixar compromisos concrets. Per aix\u00f2, la negativa empresarial a incorporar continguts concrets desvirtua l&#8217;objectiu que el conveni sigui un instrument \u00fatil per crear entorns laborals diversos, segurs i inclusius. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">STANPA es nega a incorporar un protocol espec\u00edfic davant de l&#8217;assetjament i la viol\u00e8ncia contra les persones LGTBI, pretenent diluir-lo en el protocol existent d&#8217;assetjament sexual i per ra\u00f3 de sexe. Per aix\u00f2, CCOO d&#8217;Ind\u00fastria i UGT-FICA consideremn que la negativa empresarial compromet l&#8217;efic\u00e0cia preventiva i la protecci\u00f3 real de les persones LGTBI al sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durant la sessi\u00f3, CCOO d&#8217;Ind\u00fastria i UGT-FICA tamb\u00e9 hem defensat la inclusi\u00f3 de mesures de protecci\u00f3 per a dones v\u00edctimes de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere, proposant l&#8217;exced\u00e8ncia amb reserva de lloc, reducci\u00f3 de jornada sense minva salarial i el reconeixement del 100 % de la incapacitat temporal en sup\u00f2sits vinculats a aquesta situaci\u00f3. Tot i que s&#8217;ha acordat una segona volta sobre aquests continguts, la part social manifestem la preocupaci\u00f3 per la manca d&#8217;aven\u00e7os quan se sol\u00b7liciten mesures concretes i verificables, imprescindibles per a un conveni realment inclusiu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalment, CCOO d&#8217;Ind\u00fastria i UGT-FICA hem manifestat la nostra discrep\u00e0ncia amb la manca de convicci\u00f3 de la part empresarial per abordar en profunditat, en la propera reuni\u00f3, el sistema de classificaci\u00f3 professional. La part social hem traslladat que el sistema vigent presenta mancances i requereix una revisi\u00f3, tenint en compte que no s&#8217;ha aprofundit en aquesta mat\u00e8ria des del conveni de 1999. En aquest punt, hem precisat que el nostre objectiu no \u00e9s generar incertesa, sin\u00f3 justament el contrari: clarificar funcions per grups, evitar dubtes d&#8217;enquadrament i construir un sistema \u00fanic i homogeni. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CCOO d&#8217;Ind\u00fastria i UGT-FICA reiterem la nostra disposici\u00f3, per\u00f2 advertim que el grau de comprom\u00eds amb la viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere, la diversitat, la igualtat i la no discriminaci\u00f3 s&#8217;ha de reflectir en mesures concretes, dotades de contingut m\u00ednim suficient, i en un protocol davant de l&#8217;assetjament i la viol\u00e8ncia contra les persones LGTBI.
