Conveni del metall de Girona"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reuni\u00f3 de respostes a les propostes de la patronal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El passat 13 de maig vam mantenir la 7a reuni\u00f3 de negociaci\u00f3 del conveni col\u00b7lectiu. En aquesta reuni\u00f3, la part social vam lliurar les nostres propostes sobre mobilitat sostenible, mesures per a la protecci\u00f3 de les persones treballadores davant de cat\u00e0strofes clim\u00e0tiques, prevenci\u00f3 de riscos en el treball a l\u2019aire lliure, plans d\u2019integraci\u00f3 social per a les persones migrants, la nostra proposta del Pla i protocol per les persones treballadores LGTBI i els pr\u00e9stecs per a la compra o lloguer d\u2019habitatge per a les persones treballadores menors de 35 anys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aix\u00ed mateix, vam fer les propostes ja previstes en la nostra plataforma de millora del preu de la nocturnitat fins al 35 %, la nostra proposta de com hauria de ser la cl\u00e0usula de revisi\u00f3 salarial plena i retroactiva, amb garantia de no p\u00e8rdua del poder adquisitiu en aquest conveni, la proposta de no aplicaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;article de l\u2019absorci\u00f3 i compensaci\u00f3 del increments salarials en aquest conveni i la complementaci\u00f3 del salari fins al 100 % en els casos d\u2019accident laboral o enfermetat professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la pr\u00f2xima reuni\u00f3 ens quedaria situar i lliurar els textos de les nostres propostes en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la transici\u00f3 digital, la protecci\u00f3 de les dades, el dret a la intimitat, la desconnexi\u00f3 digital efectiva despr\u00e9s de la jornada laboral, la protecci\u00f3 en la comunicaci\u00f3 digital empresarial, la gesti\u00f3 del control empresarial a trav\u00e9s de les c\u00e0meres de videovigil\u00e0ncia o la geolocalitzaci\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CCOO d\u2019Ind\u00fastria creiem que est\u00e0 arribant el moment en qu\u00e8 les patronals han de mostrar les seves propostes reals, de manera que articulem una resposta acurada a les seves pretencions, aix\u00ed com unes propostes que garanteixin la majoria de les nostres reivindicacions, que no som m\u00e9s que les necessitats expressades per les persones treballadores del sector siderometal\u00b7l\u00fargic de la prov\u00edncia de Girona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De nou, ens emplacem per al pr\u00f2xim dia 27 de maig, a la mateixa hora i al mateix lloc.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reuni\u00f3 de respostes a les propostes de la patronal El passat 13 de maig vam mantenir la 7a reuni\u00f3 de &#8230; <a title=\"COMUNICAT 7.
