{"id":1708,"date":"2012-01-23T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2012-01-22T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/girona9\/sarriba-a-un-acord-a-rieju-que-garanteix-els-llocs-de-treball\/"},"modified":"2022-01-27T16:19:09","modified_gmt":"2022-01-27T14:19:09","slug":"sarriba-a-un-acord-a-rieju-que-garanteix-els-llocs-de-treball","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/girona\/noticies\/sarriba-a-un-acord-a-rieju-que-garanteix-els-llocs-de-treball\/","title":{"rendered":"S&#8217;arriba a un acord a RIEJU que garanteix els llocs de treball"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aquest mat&iacute;, el Comit&egrave; d&rsquo;Empresa i la Direcci&oacute; de RIEJU (Figueres) han signat un acord per a l&rsquo;aplicaci&oacute; d&rsquo;un ERO temporal de reducci&oacute; de la jornada, amb el qual s&rsquo;han frenat les intencions inicials de l&rsquo;empresa d&rsquo;acomiadar un 20% de la plantilla (12-14 treballadors) o rebaixar les primes als treballadors de producci&oacute; i els complements salarials del personal administratiu i t&egrave;cnics. <\/p>\n<p>Aquest expedient tindr&agrave; una durada d&rsquo;un any i consistir&agrave; en la reducci&oacute; de la jornada anual d&rsquo;un m&agrave;xim del 12,5% per a 45 treballadors i d&rsquo;un m&agrave;xim del 33% per a 3 treballadors, dels 61 que t&eacute; en plantilla. <\/p>\n<p>Aquest &eacute;s el segon expedient temporal que afectar&agrave; la plantilla de RIEJU.
