{"id":1655,"date":"2011-08-25T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2011-08-24T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/girona9\/rebuig-a-les-noves-mesures\/"},"modified":"2022-01-27T16:18:46","modified_gmt":"2022-01-27T14:18:46","slug":"rebuig-a-les-noves-mesures","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/girona\/noticies\/rebuig-a-les-noves-mesures\/","title":{"rendered":"Rebuig a les noves mesures"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma; font-size: 10pt;\">Segons ha anunciat el President Zapatero el govern de l&rsquo;estat aprovar&agrave; aquest divendres 26 d&rsquo;agost un paquet de mesures anticrisi que , entre&nbsp;altres q&uuml;estions, modificar&agrave; l&rsquo;edat m&agrave;xima pels contractes de formaci&oacute; que passar&agrave; de <\/span><st1_metricconverter ProductID=\"25 a\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma; font-size: 10pt;\">25 a<\/span><\/st1_metricconverter> 30 anys, prorrogar&agrave; els 400 &euro; que reben les persones en atur que han esgotat els subsidi, i suspendr&agrave;, de forma temporal durant dos anys, l&rsquo;article de l&rsquo;Estatut del Treballador on es limita el temps durant el qual es poden encadenar contractes temporals, &eacute;s a dir, que no hi haur&agrave; l&iacute;mit perqu&egrave; una persona tingui diversos contractes temporals, consecutius o no, fins i tot si aquests s&oacute;n d&rsquo;una mateixa empresa i lloc de treball.<o_p _rdEditor_exists=\"1\"><\/o_p><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><o_p _rdEditor_exists=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/o_p><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma; font-size: 10pt;\">CCOO troba a faltar en aquest paquet altres mesures, sobretot fiscals i de<\/span> promoci&oacute; de l&#8217;habitatge de lloguer. A m&eacute;s, el sindicat fa constar el seu profund rebuig a la proposta PSOE-PP de reformar la Constituci&oacute; per limitar el d&egrave;ficit.
