{"id":16289,"date":"2026-02-11T17:34:13","date_gmt":"2026-02-11T15:34:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/girona\/noticies\/informacio-davant-del-risc-de-vent-a-tota-catalunya-coneix-els-teus-drets\/"},"modified":"2026-02-25T11:26:36","modified_gmt":"2026-02-25T09:26:36","slug":"informacio-davant-del-risc-de-vent-a-tota-catalunya-coneix-els-teus-drets","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/girona\/noticies\/informacio-davant-del-risc-de-vent-a-tota-catalunya-coneix-els-teus-drets\/","title":{"rendered":"Informaci\u00f3 davant del risc de vent a tota Catalunya Coneix els teus drets\u00a0!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Davant del risc greu de vent que afecta Catalunya (sobretot  al litoral i el prelitoral) i l\u2019activaci\u00f3 en fase d\u2019alerta el Pla especial d\u2019emerg\u00e8ncies per risc de vent a Catalunya (VENTCAT), cal seguir les instruccions de protecci\u00f3 civil en tot moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Conselleria d\u2019Interior i Seguretat P\u00fablica ha resolt, mitjan\u00e7ant la RESOLUCI\u00d3 ISP\/342\/2026 les seg\u00fcents restriccions i limitacions a tot el territori de Catalunya, des de les 00.00 hores fins a les 20.00 hores del dia 12 de febrer de 2026:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Restricci\u00f3 de la mobilitat: evitar els despla\u00e7aments que no siguin imprescindibles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teletreball: aplicar en tots els \u00e0mbits que sigui possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspensi\u00f3 d\u2019activitats: educativa, universit\u00e0ria, esportiva i centres adscrits a universitats i centres de recerca; els serveis socials b\u00e0sics i especialitzats; l\u2019activitat sanit\u00e0ria no urgent, i l\u2019activitat en els espais naturals, parcs i jardins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019incompliment pot donar lloc a sancions i altres responsabilitats que es puguin derivar de la llei.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PREGUNTES FREQ\u00dcENTS: <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Aquests s\u00f3n els teus drets quan hi ha clima advers<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Protegir la teva integritat \u00e9s el m\u00e9s important.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si el teu entorn laboral no \u00e9s segur, \u00e9s fonamental con\u00e8ixer els teus drets. T\u2019expliquem els passos que cal seguir.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>He d\u2019anar a la feina si hi ha risc per a la meva integritat f\u00edsica?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No, si existeix un risc greu i imminent. Informa l\u2019empresa per escrit, detallant les condicions perilloses i basant-te en l\u2019article 21 de la Llei de prevenci\u00f3 de riscos laborals. Si a l\u2019empresa hi ha delegats i delegades els pots demanar que sol\u00b7licitin la interrupci\u00f3 de l\u2019activitat.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, sempre s\u2019ha de <strong>prioritzar el teletreball<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I si no puc arribar a la feina?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si t\u2019\u00e9s impossible despla\u00e7ar-te, deixa const\u00e0ncia per escrit de la situaci\u00f3. D\u2019aquesta manera, evites possibles sancions per absentisme. Cerca i conserva els justificants de les entitats p\u00fabliques que avalen l\u2019emerg\u00e8ncia.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Recorda que comptes amb un perm\u00eds retribu\u00eft<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si hi ha recomanacions, limitacions o prohibicions de despla\u00e7ament per part de les autoritats, tens un perm\u00eds retribu\u00eft de fins a 4 dies segons l\u2019article 37.3<em> g<\/em>) de l\u2019Estatut dels treballadors, si no \u00e9s possible el teletreball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>He de recuperar les hores o me les descomptaran?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si l\u2019abs\u00e8ncia es deu a for\u00e7a major o l\u2019empresa tanca per seguretat, no et descomptaran el sou ni haur\u00e0s de recuperar les hores.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Em poden acomiadar per no anar a la feina en aquestes circumst\u00e0ncies?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si no pots fer teletreball i no pots anar a la feina, \u00e9s clau deixar const\u00e0ncia de la teva abs\u00e8ncia justificada. En cas d\u2019acomiadament disciplinari, podries impugnar-lo sol\u00b7licitant la nul\u00b7litat o improced\u00e8ncia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Has patit danys materials o personals quan anaves a la feina?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si t\u2019han obligat a anar a la feina i has patit danys, guarda les proves de la imposici\u00f3 per part de l\u2019empresa i dels danys causats. Pots reclamar per la via civil i denunciar-ho davant la Inspecci\u00f3 de Treball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Poden imposar-me dies de vacances durant l\u2019emerg\u00e8ncia?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No, les vacances han d\u2019acordar-se entre tu i l\u2019empresa. Si te les imposen, deixa const\u00e0ncia per escrit i reclama aquests dies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L\u2019empresa pot aplicar un ERTO per aquesta situaci\u00f3?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019empresa nom\u00e9s podria aplicar un ERTO per for\u00e7a major un cop passats els 4 primers dies de perm\u00eds. En aquest cas el teu contracte quedaria susp\u00e8s temporalment, per\u00f2 no extingit. La jornada pot reduir-se fins a un 70 % complementada per una prestaci\u00f3 de desocupaci\u00f3 sense consumir atur.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Treballes al sector p\u00fablic?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El personal p\u00fablic es regeix per l&#8217;EBEP (Estatut b\u00e0sic de l&#8217;empleat p\u00fablic). Aquest no preveu expressament els 4 dies de perm\u00eds retribu\u00eft. Tot i aix\u00f2, les administracions s\u2019haurien de dirigir a les plantilles per fer les recomanacions pertinents de teletreball o qualsevol altra mesura preventiva, tot determinant quins s\u00f3n els serveis essencials.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Informa\u2019t i protegeix-te amb CCOO!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coneix i defensa els teus drets laborals.
