CCOO<\/strong> ens hem dirigit a la Directora General de Funci\u00f3 P\u00fablica davant el desgavell i la inacci\u00f3 de la majoria de departaments, tant en la recollida de sol\u00b7licituds com en convocar els processos selectius per a personal rellevista fix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A m\u00e9s, tampoc s’est\u00e0 complint el que contempla el RD que hem aconseguit a Madrid per tal de poder fer contractacions temporals de rellevistes mentrestant, o la possibilitat d’associar-hi contractes fixos posteriors a l’1 d’abril 2024.  (<\/em>Enlla\u00e7 a la carta<\/a>)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Us recordem, a m\u00e9s, que tenim pendent el judici per la demanda interposada per CCOO<\/strong> per incompliment de Conveni, pel que fa a les categories a funcionaritzar que molts departaments pretenen no convocar en altres categories, boicotejant aix\u00ed el dret a la jubilaci\u00f3 parcial de centenars de treballadors\/es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
