Paral\u00b7lelament a treballar per a que a la Generalitat es faci r\u00e0pid el recull de peticions, s\u2019aprovin les Ofertes P\u00fabliques i es facin les convocat\u00f2ries, <strong>CCOO<\/strong> a nivell estat, hem estat treballant per a poder ser excepcionats transit\u00f2riament d\u2019aquest requisit de fixesa per a poder iniciar la jubilaci\u00f3 parcial.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Converses amb els Ministeris i Secretaries d\u2019Estat implicades (Seguridad Social, Hacienda, Administraciones P\u00fablicas&#8230;). Ha estat for\u00e7a dif\u00edcil conv\u00e8ncer especialment algun d\u2019ells ja que no volen que torni a pujar l\u2019\u00edndex de temporalitat a les Administracions P\u00fabliques.&nbsp; Finalment, <strong>hem aconseguit que entenguin l\u2019especial problem\u00e0tica del personal laboral del sector p\u00fablic i hem acordat que, el Govern de l\u2019estat aprovar\u00e0 una Disposici\u00f3 Addicional de la normativa de la Seguretat Social, mitjan\u00e7ant un Real Decreto-Ley que permetr\u00e0 la <\/strong><strong>contractaci\u00f3 de personal temporal<\/strong><strong> per a permetre jubilar-se parcialment el rellevista sempre i quan vagi vinculat a un proc\u00e9s selectiu per a la fixesa i mentre no es resol aquesta<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Converses amb diversos grups parlamentaris per tal que, quan el Real Decreto-Ley, acabi passant pel Congreso de&nbsp;
