{"id":17656,"date":"2025-04-02T09:17:47","date_gmt":"2025-04-02T07:17:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/fsc\/noticies\/nou-acord-parcial-en-el-conveni-collectiu-daccio-social-a-catalunya-millores-salarials-i-compromis-de-negociacio\/"},"modified":"2025-05-05T11:56:51","modified_gmt":"2025-05-05T09:56:51","slug":"nou-acord-parcial-en-el-conveni-collectiu-daccio-social-a-catalunya-millores-salarials-i-compromis-de-negociacio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/fsc\/noticies\/nou-acord-parcial-en-el-conveni-collectiu-daccio-social-a-catalunya-millores-salarials-i-compromis-de-negociacio\/","title":{"rendered":"Nou acord parcial en el Conveni col\u00b7lectiu d\u2019acci\u00f3 social a Catalunya: millores salarials i comprom\u00eds de negociaci\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El 31 de mar\u00e7 del 2025 s\u2019ha signat un nou acord parcial en el marc de la negociaci\u00f3 del <strong>Conveni col\u00b7lectiu de Catalunya d\u2019acci\u00f3 social amb infants, joves, fam\u00edlies i d\u2019altres en situaci\u00f3 de risc.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquest acord es fa nom\u00e9s amb l&#8217;objectiu de poder signar un conveni en els mesos vinents i suspendre (no anul\u00b7lar) el judici durant vuit mesos, amb el comprom\u00eds de tancar el conveni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquests s\u00f3n els termes establerts en aquest acord d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 per a aquest 2025:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pujada salarial <\/strong>del 3,5 % al salari base del cicle general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pujada salarial <\/strong>del 2 % en un complement pel cicle continuat, que seria absorbible pel complement de nocturnitat i\/o el complement de dissabtes i diumenges. Aquest complement no seria aplicable als grups 3.1 i 4, perqu\u00e8 s\u2019ha acordat una pujada del seu salari base superior al 2 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Complement de nocturnitat: <\/strong>aplicaci\u00f3 a partir de l\u20191 de gener del 2025 per al cicle continuat (el cicle general ja el cobrava). +25 % preu d\u2019hora nocturna (22 h a 8 h).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Complement de dissabtes i diumenges<\/strong>: aplicaci\u00f3 a partir de l\u20191 de juliol del 2025. +25 % preu hora en dissabtes i diumenges (8 h a 22 h). +15 % preu d\u2019hora per aquelles persones contractades per treballar <em>exclusivament <\/em>en caps de setmana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Complement d\u2019experi\u00e8ncia professional<\/strong>: aplicaci\u00f3 a partir de l\u20191 de juliol de 2025 (m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 sobre taules retributives veure a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/fsc\">www.ccoo.cat\/fsc<\/a> ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La resta de complements del Conveni col\u00b7lectiu estatal de l&#8217;acci\u00f3 i intervenci\u00f3 social seran d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 a partir de l\u20191 de gener del 2026, per\u00f2 encara queda pendent acordar i tancar els redactats d\u2019aquests complements, aix\u00ed com les taules salarials de l\u2019any 2026 i seg\u00fcents.
