{"id":203081,"date":"2026-03-25T14:27:52","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T13:27:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/?p=203081"},"modified":"2026-03-25T14:27:54","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T13:27:54","slug":"protocol-de-prevencio-deteccio-i-actuacio-que-afectin-la-dignitat-i-la-discriminacio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/noticies\/ajuntament-de-barcelona\/protocol-de-prevencio-deteccio-i-actuacio-que-afectin-la-dignitat-i-la-discriminacio\/","title":{"rendered":"Protocol de prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 i actuaci\u00f3  que afectin la dignitat i la discriminaci\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des de CCOO us volem informar de la reuni\u00f3 de Prevenci\u00f3 i Salut Laboral de l\u2019IMEB, celebrada el dia 25 de mar\u00e7 de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ORDRE DEL DIA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Protocol de prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 i actuaci\u00f3 en els casos que afectin la dignitat i la discriminaci\u00f3 en el treball de l\u2019Ajuntament de Barcelona i adaptaci\u00f3 de l\u2019IMEB d\u2019aquest Protocol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019administraci\u00f3 ens va enviar aquest nou protocol que s\u2019ha millorat envers a l\u2019anterior. Ens han explicat objectiu, procediment per demanar-ho i tota la seva gesti\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Des de CCOO us volem fer una explicaci\u00f3 clara i entenedora per tal de que sigueu coneixedores de tot el proc\u00e9s de principi a fi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Objectiu:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Aquest protocol serveix per:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Evitar i prevenir<\/strong> situacions injustes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Detectar problemes<\/strong> quan apareixen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Analitzar qu\u00e8 ha passat<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Actuar i posar solucions<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A qui s\u2019aplica aquest protocol?<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>tot el personal de l\u2019Ajuntament de Barcelona<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sempre que estiguin dins de l\u2019<strong>Acord de condicions de treball<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Qui aprova aquest protocol?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019aprova la <strong>Ger\u00e8ncia de Persones (GPOAE)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per\u00f2:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ho proposa una comissi\u00f3 parit\u00e0ria (CPDNDT)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es consulta als comit\u00e8s de seguretat i salut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi ha participaci\u00f3 sindical.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-494f94d63c6f974f65fd21f0adadeb0a wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#170f99\"><strong>COM FUNCIONA EL PROTOCOL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inici: comunicar una situaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pots activar-ho de dues sindicals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caps o direcci\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prevenci\u00f3 (DPRL)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4df065409ec8b048a04d1558878b6e70 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important:<\/strong><br>No tot el que es comunica activa el protocol.<br>Tamb\u00e9 pots <strong>demanar informaci\u00f3 o assessorament<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00a0Primer contacte (acollida)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Prevenci\u00f3 et contacta i fa una <strong>entrevista inicial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hi participa:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personal t\u00e8cnic (psicosociologia)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suport psicol\u00f2gic (OAG)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Pots portar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Missatges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualsevol prova<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la queixa no l\u2019has fet tu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cal el teu <strong>consentiment expr\u00e9s<\/strong> per continuar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Durant tot el afectada<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durant aquesta fase tens dret a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Revisi\u00f3 m\u00e8dica (si t\u2019est\u00e0 afectant)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assessorament jur\u00eddic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suport psicol\u00f2gic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Tot amb <strong>confidencialitat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>FASE D\u2019INVESTIGACI\u00d3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Valoraci\u00f3 inicial<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prevenci\u00f3 fa un <strong>informe preliminar<\/strong> dient qu\u00e8 sembla que \u00e9s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Possible assetjament<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discriminaci\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conflicte laboral<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducta inapropiada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquest informe es fa en <strong>10 dies h\u00e0bils<\/strong> (20 si \u00e9s complex).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;2. Activaci\u00f3 formal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Per continuar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u2019ha de fer una <strong>sol\u00b7licitud formal per escrit<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u2019informa la comissi\u00f3 (CPDNDT)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;7. Comissi\u00f3 T\u00e8cnica<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Es crea una comissi\u00f3 que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Es reuneix en <strong>5 dies h\u00e0bils<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signa <strong>confidencialitat<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Analitza el cas segons el tipus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assetjament<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discriminaci\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conflicte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conductes greus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8.
