{"id":202845,"date":"2026-02-25T18:39:45","date_gmt":"2026-02-25T17:39:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/?p=202845"},"modified":"2026-02-25T23:58:51","modified_gmt":"2026-02-25T22:58:51","slug":"una-proposta-daugment-salarial-totalment-insuficient","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/noticies\/una-proposta-daugment-salarial-totalment-insuficient\/","title":{"rendered":"Una proposta d\u2019augment salarial totalment insuficient"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TRES DIES CLAU DE NEGOCIACI\u00d3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">24 de febrer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Democr\u00e0cia: \u201cPer una provisi\u00f3 m\u00e9s objectiva i democr\u00e0tica als centres educatius\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">25 de febrer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; <strong>Salaris: \u201cUna proposta d\u2019augment salarial totalment insuficient\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8211; Desburocratitzaci\u00f3: \u201c<\/strong><strong>Gratu\u00efta i invisibilitzada\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">26 de febrer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Inclusiva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Curr\u00edculum<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CCOO insistim que qualsevol acord s\u2019ha de valorar amb una visi\u00f3 global que incorpori totes les reivindicacions del col\u00b7lectiu: retribucions, model d\u2019educaci\u00f3 inclusiva, democr\u00e0cia als centres, reducci\u00f3 de la sobrec\u00e0rrega laboral, desburocratitzaci\u00f3 real i consens del curr\u00edculum. No acceptarem lectures parcials ni acords fragmentats que no donin resposta al conjunt de necessitats del sistema educatiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En l\u2019\u00e0mbit retributiu, la proposta d\u2019un increment del 20% del complement espec\u00edfic \u00e9s clarament insuficient i no respon al cost real de la vida. A m\u00e9s, CCOO defensem que aquest increment s\u2019ha d\u2019aplicar sense dilatar-se en un horitz\u00f3 de cinc anys, ja que les treballadores necessitem millores immediates i no compromisos ajornats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pel que fa a mesures organitzatives, per a CCOO s\u00f3n especialment rellevants aquelles que no tenen cost econ\u00f2mic per\u00f2 s\u00ed un impacte directe en els drets i la igualtat del personal, com ara una provisi\u00f3 de llocs de treball democr\u00e0tica i objectiva en les adjudicacions d\u2019estiu. Garantir processos transparents, sense arbitrarietats ni entrevistes, \u00e9s imprescindible per evitar qualsevol tipus de discriminaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En aquest sentit, algunes de les propostes concretes que CCOO hem traslladat a l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Facilitar la proximitat del lloc de treball a les funcion\u00e0ries despla\u00e7ades territorialment i\/o per especialitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garantir criteris objectius i p\u00fablics en la provisi\u00f3 de llocs de treball, respectant els principis d\u2019igualtat, m\u00e8rit i capacitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La valoraci\u00f3 final dels aven\u00e7os, per tant, resta condicionada al que es concreti en les properes sessions sobre retribucions, desburocratitzaci\u00f3, r\u00e0tios i model d\u2019educaci\u00f3 inclusiva, aix\u00ed com a la capacitat del Departament de donar resposta real i coherent al conjunt de les reivindicacions plantejades per la part social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Continuarem negociant amb fermesa, informant amb transpar\u00e8ncia i mantenint la capacitat de mobilitzaci\u00f3.
