Mobilitzaci\u00f3 el 24 de gener!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>22 de gener<\/strong> estava prevista la <strong>tercera mesa de negociaci\u00f3<\/strong>, amb el comprom\u00eds expl\u00edcit del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de portar-hi una <strong>proposta salarial<\/strong>. Aquest comprom\u00eds <strong>no s\u2019ha complert<\/strong>. No hi ha cap proposta sobre la taula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquest mat\u00ed, en conversa amb responsables del Departament, se\u2019ns ha traslladat que treballen una proposta retributiva, per\u00f2 que <strong>no han arribat a temps<\/strong> de tenir-la preparada per la mesa prevista i que ens la faran arribar pr\u00f2ximament. Malgrat aix\u00f2, pretenen negar que sigui un trencament de la negociaci\u00f3 i plantegen una mesa alternativa sobre desburocratitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des de les organitzacions sindicals ho deixem clar: <strong>s\u00ed que volem parlar de desburocratitzaci\u00f3<\/strong>, per\u00f2 <strong>amb propostes concretes sobre la taula<\/strong>. En aquest sentit, les organitzacions sindicals <strong>ja estem treballant en propostes pr\u00f2pies<\/strong>, no nom\u00e9s sobre burocratitzaci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 sobre <strong>r\u00e0tios, plantilles, democr\u00e0cia als centres i curr\u00edculums<\/strong>. El que no acceptarem s\u00f3n reunions buides, sense documents ni compromisos clars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hi havia un <strong>calendari pactat<\/strong>, una <strong>mesa prevista<\/strong> i un <strong>comprom\u00eds concret<\/strong> que no s\u2019ha respectat. <strong>Sense proposta salarial, no hi ha negociaci\u00f3.<\/strong> No anirem a cap mesa sense contingut, sense documents i sense un calendari clar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Departament <strong>no ha fet els deures<\/strong> i aix\u00f2 \u00e9s una <strong>falta de respecte<\/strong> al conjunt del personal educatiu.
