L\u2019increment acordat entre la part sindical i la part patronal ha sigut d\u2019un 3% a aplicar a partir de l\u20191 de gener de 2023 i un 3,5% a partir de l\u20191 de gener de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquesta proposta ha sigut valorada per les persones delegades de CCOO al sector i ha sigut ratificada en consulta per l\u2019afiliaci\u00f3 amb un percentatge de vot favorable del 93,8%. En conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, les noves Taules Salarials seran registrades ben aviat per a la seva publicaci\u00f3 al Diari Oficial de la Generalitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tot i l\u2019IPC desbocat, CCOO valorem positivament aquests increments que es venen a sumar al 2,5% que ja vam acordar l\u2019any 2022. 60<\/td><td>&nbsp; 660<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Monitor\/a<\/td><td>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 6<\/td><td>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 66<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Categories Funcionals Temporals<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Import Mensual<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Import Anual<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Director\/a<\/td><td>300<\/td><td>4.200<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Subdirector\/a<\/td><td>250<\/td><td>3.500<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Cap d\u2019Estudis<\/td><td>240<\/td><td>3.360<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Cap de Departament<\/td><td>150<\/td><td>2.100<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Responsable de Prevenci\u00f3 Riscos Laborals<\/td><td>100<\/td><td>1.400<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Responsable de Qualitat<\/td><td>100<\/td><td>1.400<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Aquestes taules han sigut confeccionades per a 14 pagues.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>El trienni nom\u00e9s estableix un valor mensual, que es far\u00e0 efectiu a les 14 pagues.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Acord de Monitor<\/strong>\/a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tamb\u00e9 us comuniquem que, en comissi\u00f3 negociadora, la part sindical i la part patronal hem acordat introduir plenament al Conveni la categoria de Monitor\/a i ho hem fet, fruit de la pressi\u00f3 del sindicat, amb un increment salarial directe del 5% pel 2023, al que es sumar\u00e0 l\u2019increment del 3,5% de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arran d\u2019aquest acord, per tant, les persones treballadores que se\u2019ls hi apliqui aquesta categoria professional disposaran de tots els drets del conveni, com la resta de companys i companyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Triennis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Igualment, us informem que CCOO estem treballant perqu\u00e8 la parit\u00e0ria del Conveni resolgui de manera adequada les diferents consultes que estan arribant amb relaci\u00f3 amb els triennis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segons el nostre parer, tothom que tingui un contracte laboral anterior a l\u20191 de gener de 2020 amb una categoria professional que cobr\u00e9s els triennis t\u00e9 dret a continuar cobrant-los amb l\u2019antiguitat de la seva vinculaci\u00f3 a l\u2019empresa. \u00c9s m\u00e9s, aquest mateix criteri tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s extensible a aquelles persones treballadores que, per un motiu o un altre, vinguin d\u2019un altre Conveni (p.e. el Conveni estatal de la formaci\u00f3 no reglada)&nbsp; i, ara, se\u2019ls hi apliqui el 1r Conveni de Formaci\u00f3 no reglada de Catalunya amb una categoria professional amb triennis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalment, us volem transmetre que el text de l\u2019actual conveni \u00e9s vigent fins al 31 de desembre de 2023 amb la possibilitat de pr\u00f2rroga d\u2019any en any.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Us informem amb relaci\u00f3 als temes que CCOO hem treballat darrerament en el marc del nostre 1r Conveni de Formaci\u00f3 &#8230;
