Aquest curs em generat un total de 23,18 dies de vacances, en canvi em gaudit de 28 dies de vacances.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana\">&#8211; les hores de jornada indirecta,&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;text-align: justify\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span>reunions ( siguin presencials o on-line, i&nbsp; sigui amb la coordinadora de <span>&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/span>centre o amb les supervisores de zona).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana\">&nbsp;els informes trimestrals. Amb l&#8217;empresa s&#8217;ha pactat que d&#8217;hores d&#8217;informes s\u00f3n 2h per trimestre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana\">hores de preparaci\u00f3 de tallers<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana\">&#8211; les hores de formaci\u00f3 obligat\u00f2ria. En el lleure hi ha dos cursos que s\u00f3n compensables que s\u00f3n els de manipulaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aliments i el de prevenci\u00f3 de riscos, es computaran 2 hores per curs.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana\">&#8211; Aquest curs a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s hi ha el curs obligatori de mesures de seguretat de Covid, es computen 2 hores de curs.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana\">En el cas que es facin totes les hores de jornada indirecta que correspon per llei en tot el curs, el resultat final \u00e9s que l&#8217;empresa ens deu 3&#8217;36 dies m\u00e9s de vacances.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana\">Al final de la noticia trobareu el text de l&#8217;annex que acompanyar\u00e0 el calendari per saber com compensar aquest dies.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana\">Tot seguit us adjuntem un quadre per saber quantes hores indirectes ens toca realitzar segons la jornada di\u00e0ria&nbsp;que tenim contractada.&nbsp; Com les jornades indirectes estan fetes fora del nostre horari laboral, i no totes realitzem les mateixes i no totes podem assistir a les reunions per tenir diferents treballs amb diverses empreses, en el quadre que us facilito podreu comprovar quines s\u00f3n el m\u00ednim d&#8217;hores que s&#8217;hauran hagut de fer perqu\u00e8 el calendari surti a 0 ( \u00e9s a dir, ni compensar ni a deure), a partir de les hores que us poso com a referencia seran a favor nostre.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp; Annex al calendari laboral<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: verdana\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div>CALENDARIO LABORAL CURSO ESCOLAR 2020\/2021 (ASISTENTES ESCOLARES -PROVINCIA DE  BARCELONA)&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Los trabajadores que realicen horas indirectas, deber\u00e1n justificar la realizaci\u00f3n de dichas horas  de conformidad con los siguientes mecanismos:&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>1- Informes: la empresa entiende que los trabajadores dedican 2 horas\/trimestre para la  realizaci\u00f3n de los informes.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>2- Reuniones trimestrales: se realizar\u00e1 una reuni\u00f3n al trimestre con un m\u00e1ximo de 2  horas\/trimestre dedicadas a la preparaci\u00f3n del trimestre y\/o seguimiento del mismo. La empresa convocar\u00e1 a los trabajadores para la asistencia a las reuniones, siendo v\u00e1lido la forma que habitualmente vienen siendo convocados (whatsapp, tlf., correo  electr\u00f3nico\u2026). Los trabajadores convocados deber\u00e1n firmar la hoja de asistencia que  habitualmente vienen firmando, o en su defecto, el registro de jornada con la  correspondiente especificaci\u00f3n, y con ello, se entender\u00e1 justificado.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>3- Las reuniones celebradas al inicio del curso con motivo del COVID, tambi\u00e9n computar\u00e1n  como jornada indirecta, ya se hayan realizado de forma presencial o telem\u00e1tica.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>4- Talleres: el procedimiento es el mismo que para las reuniones. En primer lugar, se  solicitar\u00e1n voluntarios, quienes deber\u00e1n firmar la hoja de asistencia o registro de  jornada correspondiente, y con ello se entender\u00e1 justificado.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Aquellos trabajadores que justifiquen la realizaci\u00f3n del 4% de las horas indirectas, generar\u00e1n 3,36 d\u00edas de descanso adicional, que se disfrutar\u00e1 de com\u00fan acuerdo entre el trabajador y la  Direcci\u00f3n de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda, no pudiendo acumularse a las vacaciones y limitando su disfrute sin  que concurra en un mismo centro y mismo d\u00eda m\u00e1s de un trabajador, salvo que organizativa y  operativamente sea viable (excursiones, puentes, etc.) y siempre que se solicite con la m\u00e1xima  antelaci\u00f3n posible. Dicho acuerdo deber\u00e1 producirse con una antelaci\u00f3n de 15 d\u00edas. En caso de  desacuerdo entre empresa y trabajador, dos d\u00edas se disfrutar\u00e1n a elecci\u00f3n del trabajador, y otros  dos d\u00edas a elecci\u00f3n de la empresa.
