Cal tamb\u00e9 nomenaments extraordinaris!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"pl-97512\" class=\"panel-layout\">\n<div id=\"pg-97512-0\" class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\">\n<div id=\"pgc-97512-0-0\" class=\"panel-grid-cell\" data-weight=\"1\">\n<div id=\"panel-97512-0-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"0\" data-style=\"{&quot;background_image_attachment&quot;:false,&quot;background_display&quot;:&quot;tile&quot;,&quot;iw-visible-screen&quot;:&quot;iw-all&quot;,&quot;iw-visible-layout&quot;:&quot;iw-all&quot;}\">\n<div class=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\">\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Avui divendres 24 d\u2019abril el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/educaccio.wpsysadmin.dev\/2020\/educacio\/publica\/gracies-a-la-pressio-sindical-hi-haura-nous-nomenaments-i-periode-de-reclamacio-per-la-borsa-docent\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">gr\u00e0cies a la pressi\u00f3 sindical<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> i als acords que es van aconseguir a la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/educaccio.wpsysadmin.dev\/2020\/educacio\/resum-de-la-mesa-sectorial-de-20-04-2020\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">mesa sectorial<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, s\u2019han realitzat <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/educaccio.wpsysadmin.dev\/2020\/educacio\/publica\/24-dabril-comencen-de-nou-els-nomenaments-telematics\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">nous nomenaments<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Per\u00f2 com s\u2019ha pogut comprovar, aquests nomenament, tot i ser un aven\u00e7, han estat escassos i insuficients. Tal <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/educaccio.wpsysadmin.dev\/2020\/educacio\/els-projectes-deducacio-online-del-departament-deducacio-ignoren-greus-dificultats-del-personal-educatiu-i-de-lalumnat\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">com ha denunciat CCOO Educaci\u00f3<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, una gran part del personal docent substitut est\u00e0 patint una situaci\u00f3 molt dif\u00edcil perqu\u00e8 han finalitzat els seus nomenaments, s\u2019han quedat sense feina, amb poques possibilitats d\u2019aconseguir-ne durant aquest per\u00edode i, en molts casos, sense la possibilitat de cobrar l\u2019atur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><strong>\u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que des de CCOO Educaci\u00f3 vam lluitar per millorar la seva situaci\u00f3, aconseguint:<\/strong><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El manteniment del nomenament de les persones substitutes si canvia el fet causant de la baixa o del perm\u00eds de la persona substituida, (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/educaccio.wpsysadmin.dev\/2020\/educacio\/publica\/cap-substitut-a-al-carrer\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Enlla\u00e7 a la informaci\u00f3<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nous nomenaments ordinaris\u00a0 a partir del dia 24 d\u2019abril.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Per\u00f2 en una situaci\u00f3 tan excepcional com l&#8217;actual, cal que el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 adopti mesures extraordin\u00e0ries i que demostri que vetlla realment per la seguretat laboral de tot el seu personal.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>Cal doncs nomenaments extraordinaris per:<\/b><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dotar amb m\u00e9s personal els centres, per evitar les situacions de sobrec\u00e0rrega de feina del personal docent en actiu i millorar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a l\u2019alumnat en aquesta situaci\u00f3 tan complicada que estem vivint.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cobrir el personal docent que es trobi amb impossibilitat d\u2019atendre l\u2019alumnat i establir que es pugui\u00a0 agafar un perm\u00eds retribu\u00eft .\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;alumnat no pot quedar desat\u00e8s per manca de nomenaments!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1><strong>A m\u00e9s, des de CCOO Educaci\u00f3, reclamem pel personal substitut:<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><b>Dret a la prestaci\u00f3 d&#8217;atur <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">acollint-se al que estableix el decret del Govern Estatal <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2020-3824\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0Real Decreto-ley 8\/2020, de 17 de marzo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,, sense per\u00edode m\u00ednim de temps cotitzat i sense que es consumeixi per\u00edode d\u2019atur a qu\u00e8 es pugui tenir dret.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Nomenament de juliol<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> modificant els requisits necessaris: supressi\u00f3 del requisit de treball durant el tercer trimestre i eliminant el requisit d\u2019haver treballat durant el tercer trimestre i que el requisit del temps treballat de 6 mesos s&#8217;adeq\u00fci proporcionalment al temps lectiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\">@import url(https:\/\/educaccio.wpsysadmin.dev\/wp-content\/plugins\/siteorigin-panels\/css\/front-flex.min.css); #pgc-97512-0-0 { width:100%;width:calc(100% - ( 0 * 30px ) ) } #pl-97512 #panel-97512-0-0-0 {  } #pl-97512 .so-panel { margin-bottom:25px } #pl-97512 .so-panel:last-child { margin-bottom:0px } @media (max-width:780px){ #pg-97512-0.panel-no-style, #pg-97512-0.panel-has-style &gt; .panel-row-style { -webkit-flex-direction:column;-ms-flex-direction:column;flex-direction:column } #pg-97512-0 &gt; .panel-grid-cell , #pg-97512-0 &gt; .panel-row-style &gt; .panel-grid-cell { width:100%;margin-right:0 } #pl-97512 .panel-grid-cell { padding:0 } #pl-97512 .panel-grid .panel-grid-cell-empty { display:none } #pl-97512 .panel-grid .panel-grid-cell-mobile-last { margin-bottom:0px }  } <\/style>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avui divendres 24 d\u2019abril el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, gr\u00e0cies a la pressi\u00f3 sindical i als acords que es van aconseguir a &#8230; <a title=\"No n\u2019hi ha prou!
