Les mesures decidides ahir pel Govern en relaci\u00f3 amb el Coronavirus estan afectant de moltes maneres a les treballadores dels diferents \u00e0mbits educatius.<\/p>\n<p>Des de les CCOO d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 volem comen\u00e7ar manifestant la nostra solidaritat amb totes les persones malaltes i fer una crida a tothom a seguir les recomanacions de les autoritats sanit\u00e0ries.<\/p>\n<p>En una situaci\u00f3 d\u2019emerg\u00e8ncia com la que vivim cal posar la salut p\u00fablica per sobre de qualsevol altra consideraci\u00f3 i garantir que els sacrificis que haurem de fer tothom no recaiguin en les treballadores m\u00e9s indefenses i precaritzades.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, cal garantir el tancament efectiu de tots els centres educatius i reduir al m\u00ednim indispensable les activitats laborals presencials a les universitats per garantir la contenci\u00f3 comunitaria. En tots dos casos de manera homog\u00e8nia, sigui quina sigui la categoria professional de les persones afectades o la titularitat dels centres.<\/p>\n<p>Al mateix temps cal extremar la protecci\u00f3 contractual del personal externalitzat dels diferents \u00e0mbits educatius. Qualsevol mesura que afecti personal del lleure, de neteja, restauraci\u00f3 etc, ha de ser negociada amb la representaci\u00f3 sindical, i, nom\u00e9s com ha \u00faltim recurs ha de suposar la interrupci\u00f3 de la relaci\u00f3 laboral. A l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la discapacitat demanem protegir la salut de la poblaci\u00f3 de risc i les condicions laborals de les treballadores.<\/p>\n<p>Malauradament ens estem troba en massa casos on no es fa aix\u00ed.
