TEI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n<p><b>PERSONAL LABORAL D\u2019ATENCI\u00d3 EDUCATIVA. T\u00c8CNIQUES D\u2019EDUCACI\u00d3 INFANTIL<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Segons dades del Departament, actualment es compte amb una dotaci\u00f3 de 883 TEI a les aules de P3 de les nostres escoles. Tenint present l\u2019acord que CCOO vam signar en solitari l\u2019any 2005 hi hauria d\u2019haver-hi una TEI en cadascuna de les aules de P3, res m\u00e9s lluny de la realitat actual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00c9s per aix\u00f2, que des de CCOO demanem que progressivament s\u2019arribi al compliment d\u2019aquest acord que v\u00e0rem veure aturat durant el llarg per\u00edode de crisi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Considerem molt necessari que es comencin a cobrir totes les aules de P3 dels centres de m\u00e0xima complexitat, aix\u00ed com les de centres de varies l\u00ednees o amb r\u00e0tios elevades. Treballem perqu\u00e8 en la nova gesti\u00f3 pressupost\u00e0ria el Departament contempli un increment substancial de places d\u2019aquesta categoria per tal es facin efectives en el per\u00edode 20-21<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>OFERTA P\u00daBLICA<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">CCOO com part integrant del Comit\u00e8 Intercentres hem aconseguit assolir bona part dels objectius proposats que quedaran reflectits en la publicaci\u00f3 de les bases de la Resoluci\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta convocat\u00f2ria. En aquests moments podem destacar que:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pel que fa a la fase oposici\u00f3 tindr\u00e0 un valor del 35 punts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Es preveu una sola prova avaluable composta de dos exercicis sumatoris:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bateria de preguntes tipus test que aglutinin conceptes del temari General i Espec\u00edfic.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Preguntes concretes sobre un sup\u00f2sit pr\u00e0ctic amb respostes breus sobre aspectes intr\u00ednsecs a les tasques que realitzen habitualment aquestes professionals en l\u2019exercici de les seves funcions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Pel que fa a la fase de concurs de m\u00e8rits i capacitats tindr\u00e0 un valor de 65 punts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hem aconseguit posar en valor l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia en el desenvolupament de funcions id\u00e8ntiques a les de la categoria professional del lloc de treball a proveir en el Departament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Per altra part, hem introdu\u00eft esmenes per garantir els drets de les dones embarassades i mares en per\u00edode d\u2019alletament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/educaccio.wpsysadmin.dev\/2020\/educacio\/fruit-dels-acords-amb-ccoo-ja-sha-fet-efectiu-lincrement-del-2\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">COBRAMENT DEL 2% D\u2019INCREMENT SALARIAL!<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El mes de febrer hem cobrat a efectes d\u20191 de gener l\u2019increment salarial<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&nbsp; <\/span><b>\u2192 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">bit.ly\/increment2x100<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/educaccio.wpsysadmin.dev\/laborals\/permisos-llicencies-i-taules-salarials\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">AQU\u00cd TROBAREU LES NOVES TAULES SALARIALS<\/span><\/a> <b>\u2192 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">bit.ly\/laborals-taules2020<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/educaccio.wpsysadmin.dev\/2020\/educacio\/laborals\/propostes-negociacio\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">S\u2019HA INICIAT LA NEGOCIACI\u00d3 DEL VII CONVENI.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&nbsp; La negociaci\u00f3 del VII conveni ha de posar en valor la negociaci\u00f3 col lectiva. Ara \u00e9s el moment d\u2019introduir millores i canvis en el conveni.<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/educaccio.wpsysadmin.dev\/2020\/educacio\/laborals\/propostes-negociacio\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> CONTEM AMB LES VOSTRES APORTACIONS<\/span><\/a><b> \u2192 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">bit.ly\/conveniVII-aportacions<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">JUBILACIONS PARCIALS. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hem aconseguit que el Departament comenci a aplicar la nova normativa de Seguretat Social que fa refer\u00e8ncia a les jubilacions parcials i estan estudiant diferents formes de compactaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>CALENDARI&nbsp;<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Publicaci\u00f3 de la Resoluci\u00f3 de les bases del concurs abans del 19 d\u2019abril. En funci\u00f3 dels terminis que marca la Resoluci\u00f3 es preveu l\u2019inici de les proves per a despr\u00e9s del mes d\u2019agost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aix\u00ed mateix el Departament publicar\u00e0 materials de consulta per a la preparaci\u00f3 de les proves i un model orientatiu de sup\u00f2sit pr\u00e0ctic.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La incorporaci\u00f3 als llocs de treball consolidats es preveu a setembre de 2021.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PERSONAL LABORAL D\u2019ATENCI\u00d3 EDUCATIVA.
