{"id":161271,"date":"2019-10-03T12:29:01","date_gmt":"2019-10-03T10:29:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/noticies\/normativa-del-comunicat-de-baixa-al-ceb\/"},"modified":"2022-07-16T22:03:57","modified_gmt":"2022-07-16T20:03:57","slug":"normativa-del-comunicat-de-baixa-al-ceb","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/noticies\/ajuntament-de-barcelona\/secundaria-fp-ajbcn\/normativa-del-comunicat-de-baixa-al-ceb\/","title":{"rendered":"NORMATIVA DEL COMUNICAT DE BAIXA AL CEB"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">El passat 12 de setembre va arribar als centres la nova normativa per <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-84322 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/139\/2022\/07\/45-300x300-1-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"161\" height=\"161\" \/>la comunicaci\u00f3 de la baixa, el correu va ser el seg\u00fcent:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">A partir del 12 de setembre els comunicats de baixa per malaltia o incapacitat temporal s\u2019hauran de fer arribar al Consorci d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 per mitjans electr\u00f2nics. <strong>Els comunicats originals en paper han de romandre al centre<\/strong>&nbsp;i s\u2019han de custodiar durant un termini de cinc anys.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Personal docent, d\u2019administraci\u00f3 i serveis i d\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa de l\u2019Ajuntament de Barcelona:<\/strong>&nbsp;Es presentar\u00e0 la documentaci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s del FORMULARI de la p\u00e0gina web del&nbsp;Consorci&nbsp;d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3&nbsp;de Barcelona.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong><a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"https:\/\/www.edubcn.cat\/ca\/professorat_i_pas\/tramits_i_solicituds\/tramits_en_linia\/comunicat_de_baixa_laboral\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.edubcn.cat\/ca\/professorat_i_pas\/tramits_i_solicituds\/tramits_en_linia\/comunicat_de_baixa_laboral&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1570050991608000&amp;usg=AFQjCNGrOVWBuW0C-CACo5T0kH7PKefHFA\">https:\/\/www.edubcn.cat\/ca\/professorat_i_pas\/tramits_i_solicituds\/tramits_en_linia\/comunicat_de_baixa_laboral<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>RECORDEM<\/strong>&nbsp;novament l&#8217;obligatorietat&nbsp; de fer-nos arribar amb la m\u00e0xima brevetat totes i cadascuna de les baixes (fins i tot, les que tinguin una durada d&#8217;un dia), fulls de confirmaci\u00f3 i altes del personal de vostre centre. Qualsevol document em\u00e8s per un facultatiu queda registrat i, per tant, \u00e9s obligat\u00f2ria la seva tramitaci\u00f3 al&nbsp;Consorci&nbsp;d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3&nbsp;de Barcelona.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">D\u2019altra, l&#8217;Institut Nacional de la Seguretat Social (INSS) ens remet setmanalment un llistat de les baixes&nbsp; emeses pels facultatius i&nbsp; que no han estat tramitades a l&#8217;\u00f2rgan de personal del&nbsp;Consorci&nbsp;d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3&nbsp;de Barcelona (<strong><a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"mailto:rh_comunicatsmedics.ceb@gencat.cat\">rh_comunicatsmedics.ceb@gencat.cat<\/a><\/strong>),&nbsp; at\u00e8s que la seva presentaci\u00f3 \u00e9s imprescindible per tramitar les cotitzacions del personal.
