\n <\/span><\/span>El passat 14 de
\nsetembre el Tribunal de Just\u00edcia de la Uni\u00f3 Europea ( TJUE) va dictar sent\u00e8ncia
\nsobre els treballadors i treballadores temporals cessats o acomiadats fins el
\nsetembre de 2015 on es reconeix el dret de percebre la indemnitzaci\u00f3 de 20 dies
\nper any, la mateixa indemnitzaci\u00f3 que pertoca als fixos-discontinus i\/o fixos.<\/span>

<\/span><\/div>\n\n
\nEl TJUE considera
\nque la legislaci\u00f3 espanyola \u00e9s discriminat\u00f2ria amb els i les treballadores
\ntemporals, ja que no t\u00e9 en compte la condici\u00f3 del principi d\u2019igualtat de tracte
\ni  no-discriminaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nCCOO inicia una
\ncampanya per oferir reclamaci\u00f3 judicial a trav\u00e9s dels serveis jur\u00eddics.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
