\nvolant assistencial d\u2019Activa M\u00fatua 2008, el podeu trobar al seg\u00fcent link

\nper urg\u00e8ncia no fos possible anar directament a Activa M\u00fatua 2008 o a un centre
\nconcertat, cal anar primer al centre CAP o hospital m\u00e9s proper a fer les primeres
\ncures, comunicar que \u00e9s un accident laboral i despr\u00e9s anar a Activa M\u00fatua  per fer la visita m\u00e8dica.<\/div>\n

\nproper, l\u2019accidentat\/da ha d\u2019anar acompanyat\/da (si \u00e9s possible), portant la
\nsol\u00b7licitud d\u2019assist\u00e8ncia.<\/div>\n

\nque per a que sigui abonat el despla\u00e7ament a la m\u00fatua i l\u2019assist\u00e8ncia s\u2019han
