\nDegut a les diferents consultes sobre el rep\u00f2s domiciliari de 24\/48 hores i la negativa dels metges de la Seguretat Social a fer un justificant i donar la baixa de 1 o 2 dies. Us fem arribar aquesta nota i recordar que durant un any natural disposem de dues vegades del gaudiment d’aquest rep\u00f2s.<\/div>\n

\nCom ara els metges de cap\u00e7alera no fan aquesta justificaci\u00f3, s’acceptar\u00e0  el document de la visita m\u00e8dica del metge juntament amb una declaraci\u00f3 jurada  de la persona on comuniqui que ha realitzat el rep\u00f2s domiciliari durant 24\/48 hores. S’adjunta model de declaraci\u00f3, que s’haur\u00e0 d’aportar juntament amb el document de visita m\u00e8dica.     <\/div>\n
