\nAjuntament de BCN no reconeixia que hagu\u00e9s de complir la sent\u00e8ncia de l\u2019 1%.
\nFor\u00e7at judicialment i per la pressi\u00f3 dels treballadors\/es ha acabat fent un
\ncompliment parcial d\u2019aquesta sent\u00e8ncia.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nAra es
\nneguen a pagar l’1% si no hi ha signatura per part del comit\u00e8 d’empresa. Doncs
\nara interposem conflicte col\u00b7lectiu al Jutjat del Social denunciant la discriminaci\u00f3
\npatida pels laborals de l’Ag\u00e8ncia de Salut P\u00fablica, l’Institut Municipal de
\nPersones amb Discapacitat, l’Institut de Cultura, l\u2019Institut Municipal
\nd\u2019Educaci\u00f3, l’Institut Municipal d’ Hisenda, els consorcis d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, del Mercat de les Flors i del Museu de
\nCi\u00e8ncies Naturals, i l\u2019empresa municipal BAGURSA.<\/div>\n
