CCOO denuncia l’engany de l’Ajuntament a tota la Plantilla Municipal<\/p>\n

\nL\u2019Ajuntament ha enganyat als treballadors\/es al retirar el recurs que tenia pendent i donar la sent\u00e8ncia per pagada, despr\u00e9s d\u2019haver signat els acords al Comit\u00e8 d\u2019Empresa de l\u2019Ajuntament i als diferents Organismes Aut\u00f2noms.<\/u><\/u><\/div>\n

\nCCOO no va signar aquest acord perqu\u00e8 ja veiem que la intenci\u00f3 del Consistori era aportar una prova de qu\u00e8 ja s\u2019havia arribat a un acord, quan no era veritat. Com que CCOO no va signar, s\u2019han vist obligats a retirar el recurs per evitar una nova reprimenda del TSJC.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
\nEn relaci\u00f3 als laborals.<\/i><\/div>\n
\n<\/a>D\u2019acord amb l\u2019informe que va fer la Intervenci\u00f3 General, hem interposat una demanda de conflicte col\u00b7lectiu davant del Tribunal Social, perqu\u00e8 cobrin el mateix que el personal funcionari totes les persones que treballaven  amb contracte laboral durant els anys 2007-2008  a l\u2019Institut Municipal d\u2019Hisenda, Institut Municipal de Persones amb Discapacitat, Institut Municipal d\u2019Educaci\u00f3<\/a>, Institut de Cultura de Barcelona, Ag\u00e8ncia de Salut P\u00fablica, Consorci d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de Barcelona<\/a>, Consorci Mercat de les Flors i Barcelona de Gesti\u00f3 Urban\u00edstica S.A (BAGURSA).<\/u><\/u><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n Ahir va ser de l\u2019acte conciliaci\u00f3, on l\u2019Ajuntament va demostrar que no t\u00e9 cap intenci\u00f3 de resoldre el conflicte, m\u00e9s aviat tot el contrari, la resoluci\u00f3 d\u2019ahir va ser la mateixa per tothom NO HI HA ACORD.<\/u><\/u><\/div>\n
