Tamb\u00e9 ha estat ratificat per la Mesa General.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px\">\nAquest Pla d\u2019Igualtat t\u00e9 el prop\u00f2sit d\u2019aconseguir eliminar les desigualtats entre dones i homes a l\u2019Ajuntament de Barcelona i les possibles discriminacions.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px\">\nAquest Pla \u00e9s fruit d\u2019una amplia diagnosi del conjunt de la plantilla municipal, inclosos Organismes Aut\u00f2noms i Ens Instrumentals adherits a l\u2019Acord de Condicions Laborals.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px\">\nCCOO i UGT volem destacar com a conclusions d\u2019aquest estudi:<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px;margin-left: 14.2pt\">\nNo hi ha percepci\u00f3 de l\u2019exist\u00e8ncia de les desigualtats.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px;margin-left: 14.2pt\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px;margin-left: 14.2pt\">\nExisteix segregaci\u00f3 horitzontal: Les dones es concentren en ocupacions d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a les persones i suports administratius; i els homes en els cossos uniformats i t\u00e8cnics d\u2019arquitectura i enginyeria.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px;margin-left: 14.2pt\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px;margin-left: 14.2pt\">\nExisteix segregaci\u00f3 vertical: En general a tots els nivells superiors de cada categoria hi ha m\u00e9s pres\u00e8ncia d\u2019homes.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px;margin-left: 14.2pt\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px;margin-left: 14.2pt\">\nAquestes segregacions influeixen a la bretxa salarial a favor dels homes a l\u2019Ajuntament, confirmada a la diagnosi.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px;margin-left: 14.2pt\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px;margin-left: 14.2pt\">\nMalgrat que les dones participen m\u00e9s a la formaci\u00f3, aix\u00f2 no incideix en la promoci\u00f3.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px;margin-left: 14.2pt\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px;margin-left: 14.2pt\">\nTot i tenir un protocol que en altres coses actua sobre els comportaments d\u2019assetjament sexual i per ra\u00f3 de g\u00e8nere, aquest no \u00e9s conegut pel conjunt de la plantilla, i no s\u2019ha activat des de la seva exist\u00e8ncia.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px;margin-left: 14.2pt\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px\">\nAmb tot aix\u00f2 el Pla d\u2019Igualtat contempla 6 objectius generals:<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;font-family: arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px;margin-left: 14.2pt\">\nObjectiu 1: Integrar en la cultura de l\u2019Ajuntament de Barcelona el valor de la igualtat d\u2019oportunitats entre dones i arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12.8000001907349px\">\nDes de CCOO i UGT valorem positivament el treball fet per aconseguir aquest Pla d\u2019Igualtat.
