L&#8217;endem\u00e0<br \/>\nde l&#8217;alta comen\u00e7a el dret a la prestaci\u00f3 d&#8217;atur, que cal demanar en el<br \/>\ntermini de 15 dies h\u00e0bils. Es consumeixen dies d&#8217;atur des del moment de<br \/>\nla finalitzaci\u00f3 del contracte encara que, de fet, estiguis cobrant de la<br \/>\n Seguretat Social.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;text-align: justify\">\n<b><br \/><\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;text-align: justify\">\n<ul>\n<li><b>La llic\u00e8ncia per infantament comen\u00e7a amb el contracte en vigor i s&#8217;acaba un cop finalitzat el contracte<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;text-align: justify\">\nCom en el cas anterior, la<br \/>\nSeguretat Social et paga fins que s&#8217;acaba la llic\u00e8ncia. L&#8217;endem\u00e0 comen\u00e7a<br \/>\n el dret a la prestaci\u00f3 d&#8217;atur, que cal demanar en el termini de 15 dies<br \/>\n h\u00e0bils. Per\u00f2, a difer\u00e8ncia del cas anterior, no es consumeixen dies<br \/>\nd&#8217;atur durant el temps que dura la llic\u00e8ncia.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;text-align: justify\">\n<b><br \/><\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;text-align: justify\">\n<ul>\n<li><b>La baixa m\u00e8dica o llic\u00e8ncia per infantament s&#8217;origina mentre est\u00e0s cobrant la prestaci\u00f3 d&#8217;atur<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;text-align: justify\">\nEs cobra del SEPE fins que s\u2019acaba l\u2019atur. Despr\u00e9s paga la Seguretat Social fins al m\u00e0xim del temps legal perm\u00e8s.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;text-align: justify\">\n<b><br \/><\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;text-align: justify\">\n<ul>\n<li><b>Si la maternitat s\u2019origina mentre s\u2019est\u00e0 cobrant l\u2019atur<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;text-align: justify\">\nEs cobra de la Seguretat Social fins a la finalitzaci\u00f3 del perm\u00eds. No es consumeixen dies d\u2019atur.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;text-align: justify\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;text-align: justify\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;text-align: justify\">\n<b>Jornades inferiors a la sencera i atur<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;margin-left: 18pt;text-align: justify;text-indent: -18pt\">\n<div style=\"text-align: left\">\n\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Si<br \/>\n est\u00e0s treballant a jornada inferior a la sencera i abans ho feies a<br \/>\njornada sencera ( o a una superior a la que fas actualment), pots<br \/>\ndemanar al SEPE\/SOC, si tens els requisits necessaris, que et pagui el<br \/>\nsubsidi d&#8217;atur corresponent a les hores que falten per completar la<br \/>\njornada.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;margin-left: 18pt;text-align: justify;text-indent: -18pt\">\n<div style=\"text-align: left\">\n\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Si<br \/>\n es cobreixen dues substitucions compactades de dedicaci\u00f3 inferior a<br \/>\nl\u2019ordin\u00e0ria i es finalitza una de les dues, es t\u00e9 dret a cobrar el<br \/>\nsubsidi d\u2019atur amb el mateix requisit anterior.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;margin-left: 18pt;text-align: justify;text-indent: -18pt\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;text-align: justify\">\n<b>Vacances no gaudides<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;margin-left: 18pt;text-align: justify;text-indent: -18pt\">\n\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;No podr\u00e0s comen\u00e7ar a cobrar l&#8217;atur fins que hagin passat els dies de vacances que et paguen a la liquidaci\u00f3.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;margin-left: 18pt;text-align: justify;text-indent: -18pt\">\n\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;T&#8217;han de pagar la part de vacances proporcionals al temps treballat ( 2,5 dies per m\u00e9s treballat )<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;margin-left: 18pt;text-align: justify;text-indent: -18pt\">\n\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Aquest per\u00edode cotitza a la Seguretat Social i computa per a l&#8217;atur.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;margin-left: 18pt;text-align: justify;text-indent: -18pt\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;text-align: justify\">\n<b>Retribucions durant la baixa per malaltia.<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;font-size: 12px;text-align: justify\">\nAmb motiu de l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 del<br \/>\nRDL 20\/2012 a Catalunya, les retribucions en situaci\u00f3
