CC.OO<\/b> va demanar al Servei de Prevenci\u00f3  de l\u2019 IMEB la
\nrealitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019una avaluaci\u00f3 de riscos psicosocials, davant la detecci\u00f3 de situacions que podien ser
\nde risc i l\u2019obligaci\u00f3
\nde realitzar aquesta avaluaci\u00f3 a tots els seus centres de treball segons la normativa vigent( Llei
\n31\/1995 de 8 de novembre de Prevenci\u00f3 de Riscos Laborals),<\/p>\n

S’ha creat un
\ngrup espec\u00edfic de treball format per representants  de l\u2019empresa, t\u00e8cnics de prevenci\u00f3 i
\nrepresentants dels treball@dors,  s\u2019ha acordat una metodologia i un calendari per
\navaluar totes les escoles bressol de l\u2019IMEB, el proc\u00e9s durar\u00e0 un mes i comen\u00e7ar\u00e0
\nel 27 d\u2019octubre.<\/p><\/div>\n

\nCom afecten
\nels riscos psicosocials a la feina i a la salut?<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\n<\/a><\/div>\n

El riscos psicosocials  s\u00f3n els aspectes del treball relacionats amb l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3
\nde la feina, el seu contingut o la seva realitzaci\u00f3, que ens poden afectar en la salut
\n(f\u00edsica, ps\u00edquica o social) i en el desenvolupament del treball . Amb la
\nmetodologia que es far\u00e0 servir 
\n(PSQCAT21) mitjan\u00e7ant un q\u00fcestionari es mesuren 21 factors  de riscos (ritme de treball, suport dels
\nsuperiors, control sobre els continguts, reconeixement personal, suport social,
\nconciliaci\u00f3 familiar, etc.)<\/p><\/div>\n

\nCom
\npots participar-hi?<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
\n\u00c9s cabdal la participaci\u00f3 de tothom, es tracta
\nde  qu\u00e8 totes i tots els treballadors omplim
\nun q\u00fcestionari  an\u00f2nim. La informaci\u00f3 \u00e9s
\ntotalment confidencial i ser\u00e0 analitzada per personal t\u00e8cnic. No es poden
\nidentificar les respostes individuals de cap persona.<\/div>\n
\nEl Servei de Prevenci\u00f3 ha enviat a totes les escoles  el calendari
\ni el lloc<\/b> per complimentar el q\u00fcestionari.<\/p>\n

Informa\u2019t a la teva escola .
\nTotes les treballadores (substitutes, ter\u00e7os, interines) tenen  dret a participar i l\u2019escola ha de facilitar
\nla seva participaci\u00f3. <\/p><\/div>\n

\nUn cop s\u2019analitzen les dades es detecten els factors de
\nrisc psicosocials, es proposen mesures correctores i es  planifica l’activitat preventiva.<\/div>\n
