\/><\/a>El dimecres 20 de<br \/>\ngener, el Parlament de Catalunya<br \/>\nha aprovat una Resoluci\u00f3 en relaci\u00f3 al<br \/>\nretorn dels drets econ\u00f2mics i laborals dels treballadors i treballadores<br \/>\n de la Generalitat, presentada conjuntament per tots els grups<br \/>\nparlamentaris, per la qual:<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;text-align: center\">\n<a style=\"text-align: justify\">Es<br \/>\n garanteix el cobrament del que queda pendent de la paga de 2012 en els<br \/>\nexercicis pressupostaris 2016 i 2017, i com a data m\u00e0xima de percepci\u00f3<br \/>\nel 31 de mar\u00e7 de 2018.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Deroga de forma gradual l&#8217;Acord de Govern per eliminar l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 del descompte del 5% perqu\u00e8 es cobri la paga \u00edntegra.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">El Govern no aplicar\u00e0 noves mesures per limitar el dret a percebre la paga extra del 2012.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Recupera els dies de perm\u00eds i de vacances per antiguitat des del 2016.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Obliga<br \/>\n a la Mesa General de la Funci\u00f3 P\u00fablica a establir un calendari de<br \/>\nnegociaci\u00f3 per a la recuperaci\u00f3 de les pagues del 2013 i 2014, aix\u00ed com<br \/>\nde la resta de drets arrabassats el 2012.<\/p>\n<div width=\"200\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nAquesta resoluci\u00f3<br \/>\ndemostra que la pressi\u00f3 dels i les representants sindicals dels empleats<br \/>\n i empleades p\u00fablics, \u00e9s \u00fatil per defensar col\u00b7lectivament els drets<br \/>\nlaborals.
