{"id":155391,"date":"2016-02-25T16:50:00","date_gmt":"2016-02-25T14:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/noticies\/lavaluacio-docent-en-el-reconeixemen\/"},"modified":"2022-07-16T20:48:46","modified_gmt":"2022-07-16T18:48:46","slug":"lavaluacio-docent-en-el-reconeixemen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/noticies\/ajuntament-de-barcelona\/secundaria-fp-ajbcn\/lavaluacio-docent-en-el-reconeixemen\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;AVALUACI\u00d3 DOCENT EN EL RECONEIXEMENT D&#8217;ESTADIS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>\nEl 24 de febrer hem fet reuni\u00f3 parit\u00e0ria.<\/h2>\n<h2>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-yC2CcNSd0ew\/VqC1gFGJdSI\/AAAAAAAAFE8\/YuidYEKnBo4\/s1600\/IMG_9783.JPG\" style=\"clear: right;float: right;margin-bottom: 1em;margin-left: 1em\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/139\/2022\/07\/img_9783.jpg\" width=\"150\" \/><\/a>CCOO s&#8217;oposa a l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 que classifica els centres per nivells.<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;text-align: center\">\n<\/h2>\n<h2>\n<\/h2>\n<p>\n<a name='more'><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El procediment de promoci\u00f3 docent per estadis des del 2014 recull la possibilitat de valorar la implicaci\u00f3 del docent en el millorament de resultats del centre i s&#8217;estableixen dues modalitats d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>a) Aplicaci\u00f3 al professorat dels resultats de l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 del centre. <br \/>\nb) Avaluaci\u00f3 volunt\u00e0ria de l&#8217;exercici de l&#8217;activitat docent.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta avaluaci\u00f3 s&#8217;ha de sol\u00b7licitar:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/educacioajuntament.ccoo.cat\/2017\/02\/estadis-de-promocio-docent.html\">INFORMACI\u00d3 ESTADIS<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A consorci les dates per a la sol\u00b7licitud s\u00f3n del 25 de febrer a 10 de mar\u00e7 de 2016 en inst\u00e0ncia demanant la modalitat.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta avaluaci\u00f3 implica una s\u00e8rie de problemes:<\/p>\n<p>1. Classificaci\u00f3 de centres de nivell 1 a 4.<br \/>\n2. Discriminaci\u00f3 entre personal, no tothom pot optar a l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 tipus a. Els centres que obtenen nivell 3 i 4 s\u00f3n els que poden tenir avaluaci\u00f3 tipus a. Els centres nom\u00e9s de FP no s\u00f3n avaluats.<\/p>\n<p>El professorat que exerceix en centres d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 especial, de formaci\u00f3 especial, de formaci\u00f3 d&#8217;adults, d&#8217;ensenyament de r\u00e8gim especial o en serveis educatius nom\u00e9s pot optar per l&#8217;opci\u00f3 b.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/0B1qYX4J4n2L5cGx3TDVVMTNibzA\/view\">CARTA AL COMISSIONAT D&#8217;EDUCACI\u00d3<\/a><br \/>\n<b><\/b><i><\/i><u><\/u><strike><\/strike><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/publica.ccoo.cat\/2016\/02\/informacio-sobre-els-estadis.html\">VALORACI\u00d3 CCOO<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El 24 de febrer hem fet reuni\u00f3 parit\u00e0ria.
