\n<\/a>CCOO US INFORMA SOBRE DEL PROCEDIMENT ACORDAT PER L’IMEB PER DEMANAR EL CERTIFICAT D’ANTECEDENTS DE DELICTES CONTRA LA LLIBERTAT I INDEMNITAT SEXUAL <\/h2>\n

\nAhir 15 de mar\u00e7, la direcci\u00f3 de l’Institut d’Educaci\u00f3 ens va informar del procediment que t\u00e9 previst aplicar als seus centres per complir  la llei org\u00e0nica 1\/1996, de 15 de gener de protecci\u00f3 del menor i la posterior modificaci\u00f3 de 28 de juliol.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nS’enviar\u00e0 a les direccions dels centres (escoles bressol, escoles de m\u00fasica, espai familiars i Conservatori), para que els traspassi a tot el personal una declaraci\u00f3 responsable de no haver estat condemnat per sent\u00e8ncia ferma per <\/div>\n
\ndelictes contra la llibertat i indemnitat sexual, i tamb\u00e9 per delictes de tr\u00e0fic d’\u00e9ssers humans. Aquesta declaraci\u00f3 d\u00f3na l’autoritzaci\u00f3 expressa a l’Administraci\u00f3 per comprovar la veracitat de la declaraci\u00f3.<\/div>\n
\nUn cop signada per les treballadores\/s , les direccions les portaran a l’IMEB .<\/b><\/div>\n
