{"id":155240,"date":"2016-10-20T15:56:00","date_gmt":"2016-10-20T13:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/noticies\/canvi-en-la-consideracio-del-que-son\/"},"modified":"2022-07-16T20:47:23","modified_gmt":"2022-07-16T18:47:23","slug":"canvi-en-la-consideracio-del-que-son","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/noticies\/ajuntament-de-barcelona\/canvi-en-la-consideracio-del-que-son\/","title":{"rendered":"Canvi en la consideraci\u00f3 del que s\u00f3n dies h\u00e0bils"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-JmgkouKt4e0\/Uys71VjVmyI\/AAAAAAAAB8A\/H0mdUNe80h8MGFIiRBjtRvOfWVqpuJ6kgCPcB\/s1600\/LOGO_EDUCACI%25C3%2593_IMEB_CEB.jpg\" style=\"clear: right;float: right;margin-bottom: 1em;margin-left: 1em\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"81\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/139\/2022\/07\/logo_educacic393_imeb_ceb-2-12.jpg\" width=\"200\" \/><\/a><b>Des de CCOO us volem informar del canvi de normativa sobre els dies h\u00e0bils.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a name='more'><\/a><br \/>\nLa llei 39\/2015 de Procediment administratiu com\u00fa de les administracions p\u00fabliques, que ha entrat en vigor el dia 2 d&#8217;octubre d&#8217;enguany, ha modificat en l&#8217;article 30.2 la consideraci\u00f3 del que s\u00f3n dies h\u00e0bils:<\/p>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"606.8666666666667\">\n\u00abSempre que per llei o en el dret de la Uni\u00f3 Europea no s\u2019expressi un altre c\u00f2mput, <\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"667.1333333333336\">\n&nbsp; quan els terminis s\u2019assenyalin per dies, s\u2019ent\u00e9n que aquests s\u00f3n h\u00e0bils, i s\u2019exclouen del <\/div>\n<p>c\u00f2mput els dissabtes, els diumenges i els declarats festius.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed, ara els dissabtes ja no computen com a dies h\u00e0bils pel que fa al perm\u00eds per malaltia greu o accident que implica atenci\u00f3 m\u00e8dica urgent i immediata de familiars.<\/p>\n<p>Us recordem que aquest perm\u00eds est\u00e0 regulat al punt 5 de la <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/0BxBLLnupROVzRWY1M3RUaG1HTjg\/view?usp=sharing\">circular 33\/2012.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe_catalan\/dias\/2015\/10\/02\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2015-10565-C.pdf\">Llei 39\/2015 procediment administratiu<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Des de CCOO us volem informar del canvi de normativa sobre els dies h\u00e0bils.
