Aquest acord afecta a tot el personal municipal tot i que<br \/>\nen el cas de les educadores de bressol es continuar\u00e0 gestionant la borsa<br \/>\n des de la<i> subcomissi\u00f3 <\/i>de l&#8217;IMEB.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>\n\u00c9s un acord que respon&nbsp;a la situaci\u00f3 actual de l&#8217;Ajuntament, amb un augment exponencial d&#8217;interins\/nes provocat pel fet&nbsp;de la no convocat\u00f2ria d&#8217;oposicions.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"background: white;color: #222222;margin-left: 14.2pt;text-align: justify\">\n<b style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif\">Considerem que el nou Acord millora l&#8217;Acord anterior, del 2012. Els punts m\u00e9s destacables s\u00f3n:<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;text-align: justify\">\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white;color: #222222;margin: 0px 0px 0px 14.2pt\">\nLa caducitat passa d&#8217;estar fixada en 24 mesos i s&#8217;estableix la possibilitat de prorroga de 24 mesos m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>S&#8217;amplia a 3 el n\u00famero de renuncia com a causa d&#8217;exclusi\u00f3 de la borsa.<\/p>\n<p>S&#8217;incorpora l&#8217;opci\u00f3 de no localitzar 4 vegades a la persona sense que suposi l&#8217;exclusi\u00f3 de la borsa.<\/p>\n<p>Incrementar la transpar\u00e8ncia del funcionament de les borses, garantint el dret&nbsp;a la informaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estat de les borses a totes les persones que en formen part, a trav\u00e9s de la web de l\u2019Ajuntament a l\u2019espai \u201cConsulta i Estat de les Borses de Treball\u201d .<\/p>\n<p>Es crea una Comissi\u00f3 de Seguiment dels Informes d&#8217;Avaluaci\u00f3 que s&#8217;ocupar\u00e0 de qu\u00e8 els Informes personals d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 s&#8217;ajustin a la realitat i a les caracter\u00edstiques de la feina que fa cada persona. Control i seguiment dels informes emesos, al\u00b7legacions i resoluci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes.<\/p>\n<p>No es tornar\u00e0 a avaluar a una treballadora quan porti 24 mesos sense emissi\u00f3 de cap informe negatiu, sempre que tingui 2 informes positius al seu expedient.
