Considerem doncs necessari un <b>pla d\u2019estabilitat<\/b> per els treballadors i treballadores docents interins i interines amb m\u00e9s serveis prestats.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\nTamb\u00e9 <b>hem denunciat<\/b> que el sistema de baremaci\u00f3 de la convocat\u00f2ria penalitza als docents amb m\u00e9s experi\u00e8ncia i formaci\u00f3, i valora m\u00e9s la formaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<b>CCOO Educaci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 hem reclamat:<\/b><\/div>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>La realitzaci\u00f3 de les proves a finals de curs, per a no entorpir, ni perjudicar la tasca docent i el funcionament dels centres. L\u2019Administraci\u00f3 ha acceptat endarrerir <b>les proves a finals de juny del curs vinent.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>La possibilitat d\u2019incorporar en la convocat\u00f2ria l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 de noves especialitats. El Departament d\u2019Ensenyament ha resp\u00f2s que ho tindr\u00e0 en compte en properes convocat\u00f2ries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Que les instruccions als tribunals comportin la cobertura de la totalitat de les places convocades a l\u2019oposici\u00f3 i que no es deixin sense cobrir places com en altres convocat\u00f2ries. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Que la baremaci\u00f3 de la formaci\u00f3 telem\u00e0tica es reguli en les bases per evitar l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 de cursos a \u00faltima hora.
