La cap d&#8217;ensenyaments de r\u00e8gim especial respon que <b>est\u00e0 previst l\u2019Institut Superior de les Arts per l\u2019any 2017.<\/b><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom: 0pt;margin-top: 0pt\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"background-color: transparent;color: black;font-family: Arial;font-size: 13.333333333333332px;font-style: normal;font-variant: normal;font-weight: 400;list-style-type: disc;text-decoration: none;vertical-align: baseline\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.2;margin-bottom: 0pt;margin-top: 0pt;text-align: justify\">\nl\u2019estructura org\u00e0nica i r\u00e8gim de funcionament &nbsp;de l\u2019ESDAP ja que els docents troben a faltar les instruccions d\u2019inici de curs que garanteixin el seu correcte funcionament.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom: 0pt;margin-top: 0pt\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"background-color: transparent;color: black;font-family: Arial;font-size: 13.333333333333332px;font-style: normal;font-variant: normal;font-weight: 400;list-style-type: disc;text-decoration: none;vertical-align: baseline\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.2;margin-bottom: 0pt;margin-top: 0pt;text-align: justify\">\nLa situaci\u00f3 dels art\u00edstics superiors i l\u2019ESDAP, la dotaci\u00f3 que t\u00e9 assignada, la manca de regulaci\u00f3 dels seus treballadors: c\u00e0rrecs, requisits i tasques que se li assignen, r\u00e8gim i nivell administratiu. El Departament respon que hi estan treballant i que l\u2019ESDAP est\u00e0 en continua construcci\u00f3, que s\u2019imparteix en centres privats i en dos p\u00fablics: Escola de restauraci\u00f3 i b\u00e9ns immobles (ESCRBC) &nbsp;i ESDAP. La cap de serveis afirma que aquest any ser\u00e0 la tercera promoci\u00f3 de l\u2019ESDAP, implantat al 2010 quan va sortir el Real Decreto 633\/2010 pel qual es regula el contingut dels Ensenyaments art\u00edstics superiors de Disseny &nbsp;i el Departament d\u2019Ensenyament aprov\u00e0 el Pla d\u2019estudis amb la Resoluci\u00f3 ENS\/1549\/2014. <b>CCOO respon que per estar-ho implantant portem 6 cursos i que Esdap com a un centre no t\u00e9 cap estructura organitzativa ni estatut\u00e0ria, ni claustre, ni consell i amb un important d\u00e8ficit democr\u00e0tic de participaci\u00f3 per part del professorat.<\/b><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom: 0pt;margin-top: 0pt\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"background-color: transparent;color: black;font-family: Arial;font-size: 13.333333333333332px;font-style: normal;font-variant: normal;font-weight: 400;list-style-type: disc;text-decoration: none;vertical-align: baseline\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.2;margin-bottom: 0pt;margin-top: 0pt;text-align: justify\">\nLa promoci\u00f3 interna del professorat d\u2019Esdap &nbsp;que actualment imparteix doc\u00e8ncia i la seva estabilitat, ja que es troba en un r\u00e8gim de professorat de secund\u00e0ria i mestres de taller impartint titulacions superiors per les quals es requerir\u00e0 doctorat. La Sra. Adroer respon que <b>entre un 15% i un 20% del professorat assignat a impartir aquests estudis i els m\u00e0sters haur\u00e0 de ser doctorat perqu\u00e8 aix\u00ed ho exigeix l\u2019AQU.<\/b><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom: 0pt;margin-top: 0pt\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"background-color: transparent;color: black;font-family: Arial;font-size: 13.333333333333332px;font-style: normal;font-variant: normal;font-weight: 400;list-style-type: disc;text-decoration: none;vertical-align: baseline\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.2;margin-bottom: 0pt;margin-top: 0pt;text-align: justify\">\nLes instruccions internes d\u2019ESDAP i promoci\u00f3 del professorat que imparteix classes.
