\/>\nSecretaria d\u2019Administraci\u00f3 i Funci\u00f3 P\u00fablica del Departament de Governaci\u00f3 i<br \/>\nRelacions Institucionals que s\u00f3n d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 al personal d\u2019Administraci\u00f3 i<br \/>\nServeis i al personal laboral sotm\u00e8s al VI Conveni del personal laboral de la<br \/>\nGeneralitat de Catalunya.<\/p>\n<div class=\"WordSection2\">\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 3.0pt;text-align: justify\">\n<br \/>\n<a name='more'><\/a>El dia 29 de<br \/>\nNovembre de 2013 es va elevar una proposta d\u2019Acord de les mesures de<br \/>\nflexibilitat hor\u00e0ria i conciliaci\u00f3 per part de l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 i a les quals la<br \/>\npart sindical no v\u00e0rem donar la nostra conformitat per que les mesures<br \/>\npresentades suposaven un pas m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 en les retallades de drets que venim<br \/>\npatint els treballadors i les treballadores de l\u2019administraci\u00f3 de la<br \/>\nGeneralitat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 3.0pt;text-align: justify\">\nLes mesures<br \/>\nque no v\u00e0rem voler signar s\u00f3n:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Que les abs\u00e8ncies justificades per motius de salut sense baixa, que no siguin derivades de malalties de car\u00e0cter cr\u00f2nic i que superin les 30 hores d\u2019abs\u00e8ncia durant el mateix any laboral, comportaran un descompte del 50% de les retribucions del dia en q\u00fcesti\u00f3.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Fer m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil la deducci\u00f3 proporcional de les retribucions per les abs\u00e8ncies injustificades o faltes de puntualitat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 3.0pt;text-align: justify\">\n<br \/><b>Aquestes dues<br \/>\nmesures ja s\u00f3n d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 <\/b>a partir de la publicaci\u00f3 de la Instrucci\u00f3 2\/2013,<br \/>\nde 30 de desembre, sobre justificaci\u00f3 d\u2019abs\u00e8ncies per motius de salut i per<br \/>\nassist\u00e8ncia a consulta m\u00e8dica i la Instrucci\u00f3 3\/2013, de 30 de desembre, per la<br \/>\nqual s\u2019aprova el procediment de deducci\u00f3 proporcional de retribucions per<br \/>\nincompliment de la jornada sense justificaci\u00f3.\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 3.0pt;text-align: justify\">\nPel que fa a <b>la<br \/>\nresta de mesures<\/b> de flexibilitat hor\u00e0ria i conciliaci\u00f3 de la vida personal i<br \/>\nlaboral matisar que, tot i que s\u00f3n d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 al personal d\u2019Administraci\u00f3 i<br \/>\nServeis i al personal laboral sotm\u00e8s al VI Conveni del personal laboral de la<br \/>\nGeneralitat, <b>no<\/b> s\u00f3n d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 al personal laboral del Departament<br \/>\nd\u2019Ensenyament donades les nostres peculiaritats hor\u00e0ries i de calendari.\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 3.0pt;text-align: justify\">\nTanmateix el<br \/>\nque s\u00ed ens \u00e9s d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 \u00e9s la interpretaci\u00f3 del perm\u00eds per cura de fill per<br \/>\nc\u00e0ncer o malaltia greu.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 3.0pt;text-align:
