Catalunya ha desenvolupat i consolidat un model d\u2019immersi\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica efica\u00e7 i respectu\u00f3s amb tots els alumnes, siguin quins siguin els seus bagatges, necessitats o proced\u00e8ncies, d\u2019acord amb el que estableixen l\u2019Estatut d\u2019autonomia i la Llei d\u2019educaci\u00f3 de Catalunya.<\/li>\n<li>2. L\u2019\u00fas del catal\u00e0 com a llengua vehicular de l\u2019ensenyament \u00e9s compatible amb els drets ling\u00fc\u00edstics personals dels alumnes, evita la seva segregaci\u00f3 per raons de llengua i contribueix de manera decisiva a la conviv\u00e8ncia escolar i a la cohesi\u00f3 de la societat catalana.<\/li>\n<li>3. Aquest model garanteix el coneixement i l\u2019aprenentatge de les dues lleng\u00fces oficials tal com demostren els resultats que obt\u00e9 l\u2019alumnat en acabar l\u2019ensenyament obligatori.<\/li>\n<li>4.
